If I hadn’t called we would have made a long journey for nothing. He was friendly, helpful, professional and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>The property viewings were easy to arrange, and he was always happy to answer any questions I had without making me feel pressured.<br><br>I really appreciated how approachable and supportive throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a property and wanting someone helpful and easy to deal with.

Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.
