3rd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I would never use this company after the experience I’ve had living next to one of there tenants what for 4 years, please be careful as they don’t take no responsibility and the person letting it thinks it’s not there problem<br>Dartford as as bad as old Derrick at Northumberland heath and he was a real bad experience for people I know<br>I recommend wisdom, they are amazing

If I hadn’t called we would have made a long journey for nothing. I was told this information very casually, as if it was no issue, and was promptly recommended another property to look at!

He was friendly, helpful, professional and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>The property viewings were easy to arrange, and he was always happy to answer any questions I had without making me feel pressured.<br><br>I really appreciated how approachable and supportive throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a property and wanting someone helpful and easy to deal with.

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. We would both like to say a massive thank you for everything. We would certainly highly recommend them. John & Tracy

He was very welcoming and friendly gave us all the information we need and took time to answer any questions and we didn’t feel rushed at all. The process was really smooth and easy and he even called to congratulate me for the offer being accepted.
