We reached out to several companies, but many either left us waiting for responses or didn’t feel genuine or transparent in their approach. Tammy from the Gravesend team truly stood out. She was consistently kind, supportive, and incredibly helpful throughout. Even tho she had to work around the clock for us, changing few of the appointments hours or dates, Tammy remained positive and helpful. I’m really grateful for all the support we received and would happily recommend Robinson & Jackson.

24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I found a property to purchase being marketed by Chattertons Estate Agents. My initial viewing was hosted by Jen who was extremely welcoming, informative and helpful. After that, subsequent viewings were conducted by the fantastic branch manager, Doug Paterson. This sale/purchase was complicated by the fact that the elderly owner had gone into care and the sale being managed by her disabled son who was a long distance away. Doug had to act as liaison and there was absolutely nothing that was too much trouble for him, from recommending an excellent firm of solicitors who, with Doug’s input, were able to expedite the process to completion in 5 week, fantastic! There is no way I could praise the team at Chattertons, particularly Doug, any higher and have no hesitation in giving them the highest recommendation.
21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Really happy with the service at Mann when selling my Victorian terrace in Gravesend. 1) Had a great intro meeting with Charlotte to discuss marketing, pricing and strategy. Charlotte really understood the specifics of the area and advised brilliantly on marketing and prepping the house for sale. 2) We held a jam-packed open house (thank you Lewis!) back to back appointments which generated loads of really sensible offers. We got into a mini bidding war. 3) Chloe then handled a brilliant negotiation getting us to the top of our guide price. Communication was perfect... never pestered me but always kept me up to date. Staff were easy to speak to and always available. Overall we had a smooth, professional and easy transaction. Thank you to the team. Happy to recommend to any sellers in the area.
27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Just wanted to drop a quick line to say a huge thank you to Jack for all his help and the professional manner in which he dealt with selling our home yesterday. It was great to have him here to deal directly with the potential buyer and to spend such a decent amount of time showing her around. The other thing I noted and really liked was the way Jack came across with the buyer - assertive and straight forward in his communication and approach with such a good knowledge and explanation of the property without any element of an awful pushy hard sell which never impresses me in any area. Very nicely done exactly what you need in an agent when you are selling. Our thanks to Terry too, always lovely to speak with her arranging potential viewers, every call a lovely positive uplifting experience. All very nicely done. Will 100% recommend you to anyone else I know who is selling in the area.

28th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I've not come across an agent that is só invested in both seller and buyer interests. Colin guided me every step of the way. Always on time when we had viewings and communication was never an issue, whether it was Email exchanges, calls or texts. Not once throughout did I wonder "what next?" or "what am I waiting on?". He guided me with solicitor communication, and we got the purchase completed within 9 weeks from viewing, to moving in. Fantastic service, and would absolutely recommend ??????
27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)I was a tenant of Dockside Property services for two years. In that time, they charged me disgusting amounts for a check in fee, check out few, signing fee, if they had any involvement you better believe you'd pay for it. They also took 1.5 years of that two year tenancy to fit a bathroom extractor fan which was broken when I moved in, and that the previous tenant tried to get fixed. Every issue I ever raised was dealt with in a sluggish manner sadly - an online portal / report system can be as fancy as it wants - but it doesn't help unless you actually check it. They were also kind enough to charge us for additional cleaning of the property when we left it spotless - as well as trying to charge us £60 for replacing a piece of wood under the dishwasher that wasn't fitted back after repairs that they did. The reason it didn't fit was because the repair made the gap physically too small for the wood to fit in, so oddly enough I couldn't refit it, but somehow they didn't seem to understand that. Maybe they didn't do that "get the shape in the hole" game when they were younger. After explaining this they then doubled down on their stupidly and we disputed via the DPS, and they settled in our favour because I figure someone that works there actually has eyes / a basic understanding of shapes and measurements. Either way, I wouldn't rent from them again unless I had no other option. Oh, and if you're looking at renting 25 The Eye, the flats in Chatham, the hot water is basically non existant (unless you take 3 second showers), the washing machine is from the early 90's, rent is very high, you can hear every breath of your neighbours (above, on both sides and below) as well as the lovely potent smelling...."cigarettes" from those below 24/7 - and if you hear a scuttling in the night in the walls or see something dash across the kitchen floor, don't worry, that's just the rats from the bin store under the building. ??????
8th May 2026 (1 day ago)Unfortunately, our experience renting through this estate agent was extremely disappointing. Throughout our tenancy we reported multiple issues with the property, including mould concerns and a broken kitchen extractor fan which was reported but never repaired during the entire 1 year and 5 months we lived there. We also requested permission to decorate parts of the property to improve its condition, but never received any response from the estate agent regarding this. Shortly after raising concerns about the condition of the property, we were served a Section 21 notice and informed by both the landlord and estate agent that the property was being sold. Less than a month after vacating the property, it has now been relisted for rent by the same estate agent using the same listing photos, which has left us feeling very misled about the reasons we were given for having to leave. Communication throughout our tenancy was often poor, and even after vacating the property we have still had no contact regarding the return of our deposit or any proposed deductions. I normally would not leave a negative review, but based on our experience I would strongly advise future tenants to carefully document everything and ensure all communication is kept in writing.

From the very beginning, I had very little knowledge of the process, but Stacey was incredibly patient and supportive throughout. She truly held my hand every step of the way, always taking the time to explain things clearly and making sure I felt confident in every decision I was making. What really stood out was her dedication and expertise. Stacey did not just guide, she actively helped me secure a reduction in purchase price when I put in a counter offer, which made a huge difference for me. That level of commitment is rare and speaks volumes about her professionalism and skill. She is knowledgeable, talented, and genuinely cares about her clients. There’s also something so reassuring about her vibrant and positive energy over the phone, she always came across as approachable, proactive, and ready to help, no matter how small the question. The biggest compliment would be around the communication which was always very proactive from the whole team throughout the viewing and progression process. Using a group messaging function meant that I could easily ask questions and answer any questions from prospective buyers. I felt kept in the loop at all times. I would certainly use again in the future and recommend to friends.

So glad we choose Freeman and Gray to sell our house, the house was put on the market very quickly and efficiently as we had already found a property we wanted to buy. Photos taken placed online, Brillant images taken and videos. The house was sold within a few weeks, and the progress started getting further along quickly, not only did they do this , the excellent care and service we have received from the team especially Jason he is a absolute star ! He answered every question, phone calls , messages, and help and advice was shared from his amazing knowledge. He went way and beyond his role, He helped me and my buyer when we had issues , resolved everything is a efficient time frame, and reassured us and keep us positive along the way ! As we had a few ups and downs throughout the process, like most people as this not unusual. But he had answers and solutions to everything Jason was always reassuring,positive and always there no matter what the issue may of been. He made it all alot easier took the stressful part away , it can all very become overwhelming but he made sure the process run as smoothly as possible.
