They collated the offers and controlled the negotiations effectively gaining a price we were very happy to accept. Imran and his team were responsive and attentive and professional. I have no reservations in recommending Payne & Co if you want to sell your property.

10th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I have dealt with Bryants several times over the years. I usually do not stick to one agent and shop around with every new instruction. On the occasions when I used their services, I find them to be knowledgeable and helpful. Les and Karl were always on the other end of the line, and they have both helped me with pre move in maintenance issues in order to get last minute rental move ins. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The decision to give you the business proved to be a wise choice because you secured a buyer quickly and proved to be an excellent agent throughout the whole process. 23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)I had checked statistics on other agents before settling with Temme English. They ranked highest for fastest sales and truest valuations. Prompt advertising and clean clear photos. I had prior knowledge of every viewing and feedback soon after. Viewings came thick and fast and property was sold STC within 10 days at near asking price
4th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. Paid £415 holding deposit on 2 Feb 2026 after clearly telling the agent I’d go up to the asking price £1,850 pcm if needed.<br>They kept showing the property and accepted a higher offer while holding my deposit – this goes against the Tenant Fees Act 2019, which says stop advertising once a holding deposit is paid.<br>They never told me about the competing higher offer – I would have matched it or gone higher. Communication was unclear, facts were distorted in their response, and the process lacked transparency and fairness.<br>Wouldn’t recommend if you want a reliable agent.

13th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Had a great experience with Faiz when responding to an ad on SpareRoom it was quickly arranged and the entire process explained in a professional and respectful manner. Made a holding deposit for one of their rooms in Bethnal Green that same day. Due to work commitments I was unable to further pursue the room the experience was great and will contact them again should things change in the future! If you are looking for a new place to rent these guys are highly recommended, good vibes, integrity and professionalism all the way. Mind that this review is my personal honest (genuine) experience with Faiz but I think I can safely say that there are some real shady people out there so to encounter an honest agency like these guys the choice is simple. 18th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)I rented property from Holdens 3 years ago, and I was surprised that in the last 3 years, not a single issue arose with this agency. My main contact was Umer Qazi; he is a star – very cooperative and always happy to help. If any issues arose during my tenancy period, or if anything needed replacement or repairs, Umer would send someone to fix it the same day or the next. They never complained about any issues and always tried to fix them if they could. I would say they are one of the best agencies in London for renting property.

I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion

5th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I recently sold my house with colubrid and cannot fault them , my house was sold within 2 weeks. We had around 30 viewings in the first week with several offers. I was kept up to date at every stage, we had a buyer pull out and the next day they had another buyer at the same offer ready to go. Special mention to Joshua who did the valuation , he made me feel at ease straight away and I trusted he could sell the house quickly. The whole team are really friendly and easy to get in touch with.
