Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. 13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Matthew and Henry provided excellent service in selling our holiday flat in Aldeburgh. We had a number of difficulties as the property was a 'flying freehold' and not the usual leasehold. Eventually we were able to complete in February this year much to our relief - thank you both for your efforts.

6th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)I have let a house through Druce agents. Everybody at Druce is very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. From my first visit to the office, to tenants moving in took less than a couple of months. Highly recommended.
15th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)The WORST customer service I have ever encountered, and it seems I very much dodged a bullet. I recently went to view a rental property, agreed to pay 12 months rent upfront and a provisional move-in date, signed the tenancy, paid the 1st month's rent and damage deposit in advance (rest on sale completion), and was advised to call back within the hour to speak to John to arrange key collection 48 hours later. It wouldn't be a lie if I told you that John, also the Area Lettings Manager, is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. In the 1.5 hours, he sat opposite me arguing, I was told to shut up and be quiet twice (his actual words). I was shouted at. I was called a bully because I wanted to know why all four staff members had failed to call the landlord or myself back the day before. I had questions ignored. I was lied to when I asked if the calls were recorded (even though other staff members have confirmed they were). I was laughed at. I was also told (with a big smirk on his face) that he had advised the landlord to re-market the property if I hadn't completed and transferred the balance of 17k by close of play the next working day and would now not be allowed to move in, as agreed. It appears the poor lady I had spoken to on the phone was only a trainee and shouldn't have dealt with my call. Feeling backed into a corner, I advised the landlord I would withdraw my application. The property is now back on Rightmove and empty, and WHB needs to start all over again with viewings and referencing and refund my money. This is only a snippet of the complete mess it’s been from start to finish. The landlord and I have raised formal complaints, but am I surprised? No. I have never heard anything good about them, and their staff turnover is incredibly high, but look at how their Manager treats people.

The service we received was excellent and we were impressed with their efficient communications, the marketing and the number of bookings they secured for my mother’s property.

Every step was clearly explained, and any questions we had were answered quickly, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress?free. We genuinely appreciate their professionalism and are very happy in our new home!

13th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I haven't always considered Bedfords 5* but actually the real problem has been sheer frustration with the prevailing housing market in 2025. I believe Michael was born an estate agent, his knowledge of the market in Aldeburgh is second to none. Susie likewise is so knowledgeable of this area. Their advice goes beyond what you are selling, they also take an interest in your purchasing of property even if its through other Estate Agencies. I would say be aware of not listening to any advice offered. We listened but to our discomfort took a different course of action and are paying the price...quite literally! They seem to have a good catalogue of buyers waiting to purchase which was so helpful even though I like most buyers go straight to Rightmove without considering who the agent is. Their advice on pricing was accurate and advertising presentation excellent. Whilst our current move has been an awful drawnout experience and we have lost two commited purchasers along the way we appreciate the service our local agent provides and realise we will eventually sell our lovely property and it will be with Bedfords. Thankyou chaps.

28th Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)Horrendous in all honesty. Completely duped into moving to Haart by some sales waffle, which was my mistake, I should’ve chosen a different estate agent. They do not have an office in Woodbridge anymore, so don’t expect any window adverts etc. I initially felt positive about listing with Haart then it all went wrong. The agent listed the property on RightMove without me approving, there were glaring errors in the advert which I had to get rectified. I ended up basically re-writing it. It had clearly been an AI generated advertisement, pretty poor when they expect a fixed fee of nearly 4.5k for selling the house. The agent who was in “based” in Woodbridge left after a week of me going live with them, I was then passed to the Ipswich branch who were dealing with the sale. This was another joke. I had to contact the branch for an update, I was talked into lowering the price to get more viewings…. These never materialised. I was promised weekly stats to show how the property was performing, again these never materialised. Emails with the manager who was now handling the property were clearly ignored. To top it all off, I received a call from the branch asking if I still wanted to list my property with Haart as they were keen to market it…… it had already been on the market with them for nearly a month at this point so they had clearly zero idea about my property and were doing nothing to attempt to sell it. Following this, I emailed the manager and asked that the property was removed from the market immediately, I was notified that this would happen and it would be removed from all portals immediately (as I requested). 24 hours later, it was still on RightMove, another email to the manager (clearly ignored again) and then out of the blue a call from Haart to state someone wanted to view…. What a coincidence! I told them that I had requested the property be removed and this had clearly been ignored. inItially I said no, but then reflected and decided to take the viewing (half expecting the “viewer” to arrive in a Haart branded uniform or something!). The viewing happened, no offer, feedback was “they liked the property but didn’t want to proceed”, as useful as that was!!! I requested that the property was removed from the market immediately, which on this occasion it was, straight away. Never would I ever recommend Haart, unbelievable poor, poor management, poor communication, poor customer service. Don’t do what I did, do your research and don’t fall for the horrendous sales patter.

4th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Even through we didn't manage to sell with cornerstone, they did manage to get us a few viewings even in this hard market. I did find it a bit challenging to get any information from them as they never kept in contact for updates, we had to chase them up each time.

21st Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)Duplicated invoices, shoddy management, accessing premises without due consent, damage to premises (through use of contractors), unable to construct basic emails, agreeing terms and then reneging on them and false accusations made to our landlord. I'm not sure if they still act as property managers or if they have given it up, but if they do and you're a prospective tenant, be very careful.

They’ve been dependable, professional, courteous & kind & most notably easy to communicate with which has been greatly reassuring at times. We’d highly recommend them & can understand why they’re so well established in Woodbridge ? ? ? ? ?
