He is professional, friendly, very reliable and nothing was too much trouble. I am so grateful for his sensitivity, kindness and the courtesy shown to us all. I cannot fault their communication and responsiveness, they also went above and beyond and helped with any questions I had and advice I needed regarding our sale which wasn't even through Richard State. Andrew was lovely in our viewing, gave us great information and answered any questions we had promptly. There was no negative pressure and they helped us get everything over the line as promptly as possible! Rory was also on hand to respond to any questions we had! I would highly recommend them and the amazing team for their clear communication and we overall had a great experience with them!

The entire house-buying process was handled incredibly quickly and efficiently, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>They were always responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how big or small. I really appreciated how clear and transparent they were at every stage, keeping me updated and ensuring I understood exactly what was happening. I definetly will recommend this firm !

1st Mar 2026 (17 days ago)We have been dealing with Bourne’s since 2014. Initially selling a property for us and finding a rental property for us to purchase. Since then we have recommended their services to family and friends and have continued to work with them over the last 11 years. Also recently we have purchased 3 rental properties through Bourne, they ensure everything runs smoothly, keeping us updated every step of the way. We would highly recommend.
12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have just exchanged contracts on the sale of my house which was achieved with the amazing hard work of the staff of Curchods in West Byfleet. After a number of false starts and a considerable period of time as a result of bad luck along the way the transaction has finally exchanged today. Thomas Hill has been exceptional. Unfailingly polite and “on it” keeping me regularly informed and assisting in any way possible if asked. I hope I won’t be moving again but would highly recommend Curchods.
22nd Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)From the ease of instructing Grants Homes Addlestone to sell our property, to viewings being carried out smoothly with feedback always given afterwards, we can’t fault Grants Home Addlestone. Stuart and Elle are so friendly and were always on hand to answer any questions we had. Can’t recommend them enough to sell your property.
31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..
12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I would like to thank Justine Davies of the Weybridge branch for her recent considerable help, professionalism, and courtesy at all times during a recent viewing. I was most impressed! I very much wanted to visit a delightful small house in the Weybridge (Oatlands) area which was of considerable interest to me even though I had only just put my own current property onto the market for sale. Justine attended promptly at the property and showed me everything about the property in detail, pointing out it's many very good points which were fairly considerable, then patiently explaining that it would be typically advantageous if my own property were already under offer in order to indicate to the vendors that I was in a realistic position to pursue the purchase of this property, given the vendor required as early a sale as was reasonable. I very much liked this property, and I duly submitted my formal offer for the property on the clear understanding and realistic advice from Justine that other offers may come in for this Weybridge property, but my offer would be held as pending until such time as the vendor accepts the most suitable offer, bearing in mind my own flat was not yet under offer itself. This advice was clearly realistic and therefore valuable to me for my learning curve in purchasing a property which I had not done during the last 13 years. In the event, the property I liked so much had just very recently received another offer which had been accepted by the vendor, but Justine had the decency and courtesy to tactfully keep me informed and let me know that this property was unfortunately no longer available for sale. I very much appreciated her very prompt and essential update. Justine also immediately advised me that details of other (hopefully suitable) properties will be sent to me when they become available, and very hopefully I will have an offer on my current property in the foreseeable future. I highly recommend using them, and if you I need to move again in the future they will be my first port of call. Thanks guys x

27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Leaders. The lack of professionalism is shocking. The property manager does not respond to emails at all, I have sent several messages to the agency and have never received a single reply. When calling to report an issue, staff are unhelpful and, on more than one occasion, have simply hung up the phone. Property inspections are handled just as poorly. Visits are announced only an hour in advance, which is completely unreasonable and shows no respect for tenants’ time or privacy. What is most frustrating is that this agency seems far more efficient at sending threatening emails referring to potential legal consequences than at actually processing payments correctly or providing basic customer service. I would strongly advise avoiding this agency. The people working here appear to have no understanding of customer care or professional standards. Avoid at all costs.
1st Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Credit where it's due. Despite a slow market, Serena never gave up helping us try to find somewhere, even when I was calling 3 times a day. There's a reason why most homes in this area are sold through Seymour's.

As a specialist in Customer Service processes I have found them fair, pro-active and professional. They have also done an excellent job in supporting sales of different properties in the Surrey area for us.

They managed our rental for 11 years extremely efficiently, collecting rent, ensuring property was maintained and guiding us through new tenancies and rent increases. Then they handled the sale of the property, keeping us well informed throughout the process. Extremely proactive and productive, and speedy to react to enquiries. We can thoroughly recommend this company.
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Very disappointing experience with this agency. Communication from their representative, Josh, was unnecessarily argumentative and lacked professionalism. Reasonable requests regarding suitable viewing times were inaccurately presented as a refusal. As a tenant, I remained cooperative, yet the tone and approach taken made the process stressful and uncomfortable. Professionalism and respectful communication should be standard practice in any property agency. However, he was lack of them. In this case, Josh clearly fell short of these standards. In contrast, my communication with Jena was professional, polite, and respectful. She arranged viewings appropriately and approached matters in a courteous manner, which made cooperation much easier. Professional and respectful communication makes a significant difference, and I hope this agency ensures consistency across its team. Update in response to the agency’s reply: I stand by my review, as it reflects my genuine experience. I have retained screenshots of the communication between Joshua and myself, including responses that I found dismissive and unprofessional, such as the use of a laughing emoji when I mentioned raising a complaint. This understandably gave the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. For clarity, two viewings were successfully conducted at the property with my agreement. This clearly demonstrates that I was cooperative and did not refuse access. As a working tenant, I simply requested reasonable availability within my schedule, which is entirely within my legal rights. Leaving a review on Google is also my right as a consumer when I feel my experience does not reflect the standards described in your response. Should the matter require independent review, I am comfortable referring it to The Property Ombudsman so that an impartial assessment can determine whether the communication met appropriate professional standards. I remain willing to cooperate within reasonable and respectful boundaries. However, I do not wish to continue communication with Joshua and request that future arrangements are handled by another respectful representative.

In these days of 'free' estate agents (where you have to do all the work and know all the tricks yourself), the more traditional form looks on paper to be stupidly expensive. However, it *is* worth it to avoid all the pitfalls of a difficult sale/purchase chain. Cedric (and Jack) at Whites were excellent in many ways and I would highly recommend them. It still took months (due to circumstances beyond their control further down the chain), but at least we didn't have to do it all ourselves - and they kept pushing until it was done.
