2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have been using hunters for multiple viewings as we were looking to move house pretty urgently, Lettings agent clio has been nothing but helpful and supportive on finding us the right space for us to call home! She has answered all of the questions we had with complete professionalism! Clio has been fantastic all the way through. Because of this I highly recommend letting from with hunters.

The valuation team I would say operated with double standards and had a conflict of interest which went against us as the vendor. In short why tell us a price we could get. A price if we wanted to sell quickly and then when asked again by a builder that we asked to do a part exchange with. You tell them a quick sale price of nearly £80k less than you told us. Very odd. One could be forgiven for thinking that it was intentional in order to not loose us and our sale commission value. Cynical? Maybe. But instinct and intelligence tells me otherwise.

Living a long way from where Mum lived, I'm particularly grateful to Ellie-Mae who went out of her way to arrange viewings and be there herself so Mum wouldn't be on her own.

From day one, right through to completion, she was supportive, approachable, and always on hand. Anne’s communication made the whole process feel smooth and manageable on the purchase side. She always responded quickly to emails, answered calls straight away, and worked hard to negotiate a price that both we and the seller were happy with. We’re so grateful for all her help!
12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Everyone at Moore and York seems to be really helpful and very quick with responses on email or on the phone, however Natasha never seems to do anything, every time I email her regarding something someone else always replies as she clearly just doesn’t deal withit herself, every-time I call for her shes always out of the office or gone for the day, I would definitely recommend using Moore and York but would highly recommend not to contact Natasha and contact the others in the office.

I sold my house and bought my new home through them, and the whole process was handled incredibly well from start to finish. Ashley and Samantha in the office were fantastic throughout. Their communication was excellent, they kept me regularly updated, were always quick to respond to questions, and were so helpful and reassuring whenever anything came up. Both parts of the chain were clearly communicated and managed really smoothly, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much easier. From the start they were very professional with excellent communication throughout the process. They did a great job with the marketing of my property and generated lots of interest and viewings. My first buyer dropped out but Dan got me sold again in less than two weeks for the full asking price. Excellent service would 100% recommend.
