5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Georgia at BRH has been nothing short of excellent! Georgia was very friendly during our viewing of the property and answered all of our questions, even answered some before we had chance to ask, this just shows how intuitive Georgia is. Since the viewing which was Monday, two days later we had a tenancy agreement to sign and everything ready paperwork-wise for a move on the following Friday! Any questions we have had Georgia has promptly responded within the hour and in the one case she hadn't, she rang to apologise even though it was only a few hours later! Overall the experience during this whole process has been perfect and could not wish for a better person to handle it all for us!

7th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Landlord and tenants be aware. Would never use these for anything. Booked an appointment to view a property they confirmed with the landlord whilst I was on the other line. Come day and time of the appointment some aggressive man answered the phone telling me I didn't leave a contact number. It's not my job to ask what details you need from me I'm not sure what your office protocol is, your receptionist should ask for all details when booking an appointment. He proceeded by giving me an example of if I'm in Manchester and property in Bradford how am I supposed to confirm well that's an internal issue not mine. I could have booked time off work, travelled from afar and the arrogant man on the phone said we'll call you back bro and hung up ????

4th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)We have rented a house through vision properties for the last 3 years and it’s been a wonderful experience with them. The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

10th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Paul has been phenomenal throughout this entire process, Paul clearly knows how to sell houses as following his advice throughout he managed to secure an offer above asking on the first day of viewings! But that's only half the story, Paul continued to provide top notch service throughout the remainder of the process, providing advice on my purchase, explaining all next steps, checking in to see how everything was going, liaising between myself and the buyer in a prompt modern and professional manner, assisting in chasing solicitors (as we all know what they are like!) and recommending other services such as constructional surveys. Paul was transparent throughout, you know how much you are paying before you even sign the dotted line and there were no hidden fees. Honestly, I can't sing Paul or ewe move's praises enough! They made what is normally a stressful process seemless and worry free. I challenge anyone to try and find the same dedication and service from any other estate agents! Ewe move will be the only estate agents I will ever recommend or use again. Professionalism, contemporary solutions, dedication, transparent seemless service and communication, stellar customer service, this is what you get when you choose ewe move!!

1st Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I chose Fowler and Powell after a recommendation from my golf teacher! And I’m so glad I took his advice. I was assigned Caitlyn to help rent out my property in Leeds and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She secured a tenant after just 1 viewing, which exceeded all of wildest expectations. Any query I had - she usually either answered straight away, or within a few hours (also thanks to Kara!!). This really gave me the peace of mind everything was going smoothly and I was updated every step of the way. Caitlyn also took on additional requests such as plumbing work, EPC certificates and safety certificates to ensure I didn’t have to project manage all of those in addition to a full time job, moving responsibilities and other personal commitments. This took a weight off my shoulders and was all sorted within a week. Hand on heart - I could not have asked for more, and I have worked with 3 other estate agents in Leeds and none have come close to the service Caitlyn has provided to me. Being able to get an answer to maybe even the simplest of queries within a day has been exceptional , especially knowing I am one of multiple accounts she is juggling on a daily basis. Thankyou Caitlyn for being an all round star x

Any time I needed support, Bradley handled everything quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude. It’s rare to find someone in property management who actually listens and cares, but Bradley really goes above and beyond to make things smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate all the help he’s provided — brilliant service, always reliable, and honestly one of the reasons my experience with the property has been so positive. Highly recommend working with him.

20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
