7th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Lovely team but I felt they were working for the buyer rather than myself. I didn’t feel there was adequate negotiation on my behalf. I wouldn’t use the again but the employees are approachable and kind. I just needed a stronger, more orofessional and experienced representation.

14th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)I decided to move to probate properties from your move after 9 months of waiting from another high street estate agent. Comparatively,Sandra is very nice and kind and this estate agent truly know how to complete a sale smoothly. James set the price accurately and his knowledge of valuation is very accurate claims that the property is very popular and has lots of offers and I appreciate . They do check buyers source of income in very detail and I appreciate as this can avoid hiccup in midway of sale and I would recommend any sellers to choose your move james Barrett as your estate agent
7th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)This was my first time searching for and viewing rental properties on my own, so I was a little nervous about the process. Within minutes of making an enquiry about a flat I liked, Tomas replied and arranged a viewing for me within a few days. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the viewing. He also showed me other similar properties, gave me time to make a decision, and sent everything over quickly once I was ready to proceed with the contract. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received from Tomas at Parklane Properties and would definitely consider using Parklane again in the future.
5th Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.
25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Martin and co manage the property next door to mine which is noisy and overcrowded- noise from the house including slamming doors, shouting and taxis coming and going at all hours upsets both myself and other neighbours on the street. I have complained to Martin and co numerous times but they have failed to deal with the issue.

The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

The process ended up taking longer than expected (through no one’s fault), but Nick stayed on top of it the whole way — even while on holiday, he was taking calls and sorting out issues so things could move forward. When the house ran into a bit of trouble, Nick didn’t just sit back or hide behind a phone — he was hands-on, dealing with things directly and making sure everyone stayed in the loop. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting things done properly. He told me he’d look after me , and he really did. I’d trust NJG Estate Agents — and especially Nick — any day.
