The transaction became more complex than expected due to legal issues that arose, which significantly extended the usual completion timeframe. Throughout the process, Kayleigh’s communication, level of customer service, and dedication to seeing the purchase through were outstanding. She consistently went above and beyond, and it was clear she takes real pride in providing a personal and attentive service. He also put us onto an excellent solicitor who always kept us unto date with progress. Overall marketing of our property was good with Ariel views and good internal photos.

31st Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Absolutely unacceptable service. We had a property viewing confirmed and arranged, only for the agency to cancel ONE HOUR before the scheduled time. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. People plan their day around viewings — cancelling at the last minute like this is careless and disrespectful. If this is how they treat potential clients at the very first interaction, I can’t imagine how they handle actual tenants or buyers. I would strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with this agency.
