The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. Special praise goes to Alison Withers and to Leah Cyprus, who were my primary contacts and to whom I am greatly indebted.- 21st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We wanted to say a big thank you for all the help, support and guidance given to us by Doug and Joe during our recent purchase. We were extremely impressed how both of them kept in touch regularly, always returned our calls, even making calls in the evening if necessary. We felt that they were working for both the buyer and seller equally and worked hard to get everything across the line. We would highly recommend using Savills. Thank you for all your hard work.

In particular, Jonny whose advise and knowledge getting the house on the market was invaluable, and also Willow for her hard work keeping the sale process moving after we'd accepted an offer. Both were brilliant at keeping up regular communications with us so that we always felt in the loop. A huge thank you to you both and the whole team!

Ultimately we didn't find our dream home but Leon listened to our brief and adapted a search to suit. Leon is a fine ambassador for Castles and the industry as a whole. We would highly recommend him.- 14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)So far the service from Connells in Dunstable has been amazing from first speaking with Will to viewings with Luke to the sale and purchase of properties.<br>They are all very support and professional and ready to answer any questions<br>Brody and john have been at the end of the phone/ email .<br>John ready to ensure negotiations move on<br><br>Luke in particular was great at showcasing our home to potential buyers and regularly feed back to me .Always on time and ready .<br><br>We have sold and bought through Connells and would recommend this bespoke approach keeping it all in house
17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)A series of unfortunate events (on the sellers part) meant I could never complete on the house I was buying through Robinson’s.<br><br>Charlie was really good and worked until the death of the transaction to try and get things through.<br><br>Gutted to have not made it work but the determination, willing and genuine care was really visible throughout.<br><br>Special shout out to Mark too!!

9th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)As a self-employed first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns so I was lucky to find Luke as a mortgage advisor. He was patiant, knowledgable, and took the time to go through all my financing options in great detail to help me understand and figure out what would be the best. I hadn't expected a mortgage advisor to be there for the entire buying process and it was very reassuring to know I had someone to answer my questions. It also worked well that, being in the same office, Luke could liase with the sales team at Brown and Merry and pass information through quickly.<br>The sales team were friendly and efficient and Maisie took me to see the property as many times as I needed. A great team who didn't pressure or rush me, but made buying my first house much more pleasant than I had thought it would be. Thank you!

31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)I was disappointed with the level of communication throughout my experience.<br><br>After submitting an offer on a property, I repeatedly had to chase for updates. On several occasions I was told the negotiator was unavailable and that I should call back later. I wasn’t kept informed about whether my offer had been presented or what the seller’s response was, and I felt I had to do all the chasing rather than being updated proactively.<br><br>Most of the staff I spoke to were polite and professional. However, my experience with Winston was very disappointing. While I was trying to explain my concerns, he repeatedly talked over me instead of listening. I also felt that the call ended abruptly, as he put the phone down before I had finished explaining my point. That left me feeling frustrated and that my concerns were not being taken seriously.<br><br>Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make, and clear, respectful communication is essential. Even if there is no update from the seller, a simple phone call or email to keep buyers informed would make a significant difference.<br><br>I hope the branch takes this feedback on board and improves both its communication and customer service.

12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Purchased a property which fell through last second on seller side was offered the same property on rent which I accepted and was told to get things moving fast or would lose the property. Sent across deposit and then was told was issue with property after a month or so was told the property was ready to move in. I had by then arranged to live at another property as the timescales was too long and I had already been waiting since march as I thought I was purchasing the property. I asked for a refund from the agencyfor the deposit and they just declined . I just felt disheartened that firstly I was messed around with the seller and then the agency didn’t even acknowledge that I had been waiting around for 4 months and I had no choice but to find alternative accomdation.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

From the very beginning, their entire team demonstrated incredible expertise, professionalism, and genuine guidance throughout the whole process of selling my property.<br><br>?A special mention to Nick, who was fantastic throughout, and a huge shout out to Gerda, who was absolutely instrumental in bringing everything across the finish line. Together, they acted as the ultimate bridge between all parties, keeping communication flowing seamlessly, ensuring everyone is on track and pushing through to a successful exchange and completion.
15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)Just an update regarding my deposit claim. Ideal property informed DPS that i left the property without giving a two months notice which is a big LIE. I arrange this with them and also explaining my reasons for the short notice as it was a family emergency. I agreed a fees with the landlord to pay which was £800 which was paid. Ideal property said i did missed two months rent which i have never missed rent payment. It is strange seeing people acting in this way. I will not recommend anyone to this agency.
