5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)I’m so delighted to write this review about Chandlers Estate agent. The team are super amazing from start to finish of our purchase of our first property in the UK. The commutation was great, via phone calls and emails.
I want to give my credits to the 3 people that walked this journey with us, Mark, James and Paige, these trios are great team, even when we had challenges during the course of our transaction, we were represented well and presented our case professionally. Guided us through out the journey as a first time buyer.

Massive thank you Chandlers.
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)He is a wonderful person who is highly understanding. If any issues arise, he always comes out to help within a single day.
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Ashtons Harpenden have been incredible throughout the process of letting our home. They rented it very quickly with minimal viewing inconvenience and were incredibly efficient and professional at every step, from initial meeting to photos, viewings, move in and management. Fully reccomend!

Kirsty stood out from the start for her energy, attention to detail and clear recommendations backed up by local market data. The listing and photography were excellent, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. Freya was brilliant at keeping the practical details moving, from arranging the inventory and chasing paperwork to coordinating access and the key handover.

A big thank you too to Nicola for sharing the incredibly thorough inventory report and following up after move-in, and Joanne Sargeant for taking care of the utility and council notifications. Clear communication, helpful advice and real care over the details. Thank you all so much!
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Very helpful team! Just finalised the process of leasing a flat with Space lettings in St. Albans. Especially grateful to Samantha for her helping getting through putting in an offer, going through referencing and finally signing the lease. She has been quite helpful in getting my requests through to the landlord for things like fixing some small faults and getting additional cleaning. She is a very kind and helpful person. Also thanks to Renata who showed me the flat at my first viewing and picked up on some issues that needed sorting by the landlord like a drippy tap and some loose drawers. She went to communicate these to the landlord and they were sorted by my second visit. Overall very happy with the team :)
8th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Michael Buckingham, the Senior Letting's Manager at Connells Residential Lettings, has been extremely professional, transparent, and supportive with the letting of my property. He provided me with excellent advice, an overview of the local lettings market, what to expect in terms of rental income, and has been an excellent point of contact. Thank you for your help and I look forward to the continuation of our positive working relationship.
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Today had a house viewing with jack from Beasleys & Partners, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Jack O’Malley was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.
He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and made sure to highlight all the key features of the property that matched my needs. Thank you
20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Thank you, Emma and Venessa, for guiding me through what was a very difficult process to get my tenant to vacate the property. I really appreciated you both making yourselves available at short notice to deal with the situation. Your knowledge and experience are second to none. I felt very comfortable taking the tenant to court, and I was even able to recover my court fees. I would highly recommend the landlord support service.

15th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Daniel Loveland and the team have been exceptional with the selling of our house. Jordan Loveland was outstanding for getting us the right price & helping with the process. Myself & my husband would highly recommend Gibbs & Bell.
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Sanders Property has been very easy to work with while moving into our new flat. They are partners with Please Connect Me for all bills which meant within a few days of moving in all our bills were discussed and agreed upon.
19th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Martin approached me about selling my property and I am delighted with the service I received from both him and Olivia, the founder of the company . They both were professional, helpful and approachable. Dealing vwith your own agent meant you were always able to speak to someone. I would highly recommend Laurels to do with business with.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I viewed a property with Ali from Nova and he did such a great job in showing me around that I walked away with him being the agent for the sale of my property , fast forward 3 months and I have moved into that same property I saw , Nova sold my property and it has been a seamless wonderful experience topped off with great ongoing service from Gerda after offers were accepted. She kept me up to date and kept me informed and was the first to congratulate me. A great experience from a wonderful team .
27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I had seen a lot of negative reviews about Ideal Property but I chose to ignore the red flags because, with every review, they seemed to have a defence or explanation for what people had experienced. Unfortunately, I didn’t understand the seriousness of those reviews until I experienced it myself.

I genuinely regret the day I decided to become your tenant and I sincerely hope our paths never cross again.

I’m sure you may come under this review to defend yourself, just as you have responded to others. However, I hope anyone considering becoming a tenant or working with you will take the negative reviews seriously and not make the same mistake I made by dismissing them.

I can confidently say that my experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. Looking back, I wish I had trusted my instincts when I first saw the numerous negative reviews.

I’m sharing my experience as a warning to others: please do your research, pay attention to the red flags and don’t ignore repeated negative experiences from previous tenants.

For me, this has been a serious wake-up call and I hope someone else can learn from my experience and avoid going through the same situation.
