17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)A series of unfortunate events (on the sellers part) meant I could never complete on the house I was buying through Robinson’s.<br><br>Charlie was really good and worked until the death of the transaction to try and get things through.<br><br>Gutted to have not made it work but the determination, willing and genuine care was really visible throughout.<br><br>Special shout out to Mark too!!

As a whole branch, and as individual agents, they are genuinely 11/10!<br><br>Sasha, in particular, was fabulous throughout: supportive, responsive, completely on top of everything. She is a real expert in her field and in keeping buyers, sellers, solicitors and everyone else engaged and moving through the process – during what can be a tremendously stressful period. She is the embodiment of the care and support that the whole Ampthill branch has. It’s always about getting the right outcome for all.<br><br>We honestly could not recommend her or the wider Country Properties team more. They are streets ahead of the other players in the market and would unquestionably be our first choice again in future.<br><br>Michael
31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)I was disappointed with the level of communication throughout my experience.<br><br>After submitting an offer on a property, I repeatedly had to chase for updates. On several occasions I was told the negotiator was unavailable and that I should call back later. I wasn’t kept informed about whether my offer had been presented or what the seller’s response was, and I felt I had to do all the chasing rather than being updated proactively.<br><br>Most of the staff I spoke to were polite and professional. However, my experience with Winston was very disappointing. While I was trying to explain my concerns, he repeatedly talked over me instead of listening. I also felt that the call ended abruptly, as he put the phone down before I had finished explaining my point. That left me feeling frustrated and that my concerns were not being taken seriously.<br><br>Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make, and clear, respectful communication is essential. Even if there is no update from the seller, a simple phone call or email to keep buyers informed would make a significant difference.<br><br>I hope the branch takes this feedback on board and improves both its communication and customer service.Country Properties - Flitwick

I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.

1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Landlords Beware, I was charged for a second year commission for the same tenants, this had not been made clear in the let only Terms of business instead it was put on a separate invoice in small writing at the bottom that a 6% charge will apply if the tenants stayed on, this is in contrast to the initial email I received from the director advising Let only fee will be paid once upfront. I was expecting to pay only £250 for a contract renewal instead I was charged £1680 for the second year. They are not transparent with their fees. They referred to additional assistance that had been provided during the tenancy. However, I did not request or agree to purchase any services beyond the Let Only instruction, and I was never informed that any assistance offered would later be relied upon as justification for the second-year commission such as rent increase or reconciliation of rent, this was undertaken voluntarily by them. This experience has highlighted the importance of transparency when landlords are entering into contracts.

20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Again if it wasn't for Gary I don't think our house sale would have happened.<br>When we decided to sell there was only one person that we trusted to do the job.<br>Professional in his appearance and in his attitude he arranged and conducted viewings with enthusiasm. He communicated constantly with ourselves and our buyers to make sure all parties were happy and kept informed of any situation. He was always there when you needed him!<br>No amount of questions or queries were too much trouble even when he was supposed to be on holiday!<br>Then when it came to our house purchase he was on hand again to help. Contacting the other agents and solicitors to make sure all went smoothly.<br>He certainly earns our respect.<br>There are many estate agents out there but I doubt you would find one better.<br>If you want total confidence he is your man.

From the very beginning, their entire team demonstrated incredible expertise, professionalism, and genuine guidance throughout the whole process of selling my property.<br><br>?A special mention to Nick, who was fantastic throughout, and a huge shout out to Gerda, who was absolutely instrumental in bringing everything across the finish line. Together, they acted as the ultimate bridge between all parties, keeping communication flowing seamlessly, ensuring everyone is on track and pushing through to a successful exchange and completion.

15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)Just an update regarding my deposit claim. Ideal property informed DPS that i left the property without giving a two months notice which is a big LIE. I arrange this with them and also explaining my reasons for the short notice as it was a family emergency. I agreed a fees with the landlord to pay which was £800 which was paid. Ideal property said i did missed two months rent which i have never missed rent payment. It is strange seeing people acting in this way. I will not recommend anyone to this agency.
