18th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I would highly recommend Heritage Estates if selling your home. Criena is a delight to deal with, very understanding and highly professional. Kept us up to date at all times. We didn’t need to chase them at all and as it was a stressful time for us, they certainly took the pressure off us. Big thanks.

16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.
5th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)If I could rate 0 stars I most definitely would! DO NOT TRUST STONEWELL ESTATES AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Basically I went to see a property Stonewell estates had advertised. Karen from stonewell estates showed me around and insisted I pay a holding fee that day if I want the opportunity of getting the flat … btw this was for my mum. Once I got home I paid the holding fee. 2 weeks followed hadn’t heard anything. So i called for an update and was told to wait and they would get back in contact. Heard nothing for another month . So I called And all I can say is Karen was so rude to me on the phone just for simply asking about the property. I finally got an email saying mum hadn’t been accepted for the flat and we was like fair enough , we need our holding fee back. After numerous calls and getting nothing out of Karen either by phone or email. The last phone call I had with Karen I asked for our money back, she was stuttering and said she would call back which she didn’t! So I went to my bank yesterday and reported her for fraud and i got my money back I hope they get a good telling off.

23rd Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)Dealing with Street Estate Agents has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a letting agency. They increased the rent on my property without giving proper notice or any form of communication beforehand. I only found out after receiving a demand for a higher payment — no explanation, no warning, nothing. Their customer service is shockingly poor. Trying to get in touch with someone who will actually help you is near impossible. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are dodged, and when you do finally get through to someone, the staff are rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. It feels like they simply don’t care about tenants at all. To top it all off, I was served an eviction notice shortly after raising concerns, again with little to no communication or explanation. It seems they have no interest in treating tenants with fairness or respect. If you value transparency, professionalism, and being treated like a human being, steer clear of Street Estate Agents. They are untrustworthy, uncommunicative, and have zero regard for their tenants.

7th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)A lovely small local company. Such a shame they never sold our last home. Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). No fee as never sold but was very competitive and also included a free epc
15th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)It was a first time i have contacted to Vibrant Estate, just had a few questions about some property to rent i was interested and lady on the phone was talking very fast and asking me thousands of questions which is completely private such as age of all members of my family, occupation, tax return, etc. It took ages to find out the price of the property and i felt like she was only interested to take as much details as possible from me. It was no any invitation for viewing. Also i find very strange that i called to office phone number and no-one picked up, then lady called me from mobile number. Very unprofessional manners. Will NOT be using this company in the future. I still believe that potentiale tenants should be treated with polite and good manner.

She is very friendly and has gone above and beyond to ensure that the process of moving home has been as easy as possible and has been available throughout the whole process to help with any queries, providing a very efficient service. Highly recommended and I cannot thank you enough.

Michael was friendly, polite, and extremely knowledgeable, giving me confidence from the very start. Throughout the process, Karen and Emma were always just a phone call away and kept me updated at every stage. The whole team was professional, supportive, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Fine & Country to anyone looking to sell their home and want to thank the entire team for their outstanding service.

11th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Due to our house being sold as part of a Trust, we were given Evolution as our nominated Estate Agents. If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.

13th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Value of property from P property was recommended 270 which I felt was low. Decided to sell @ 280 as thought property was worth that. Luckily that’s the price I was offered. Abbie very good at her job on attending viewing. How ever very disappointed on communication & advertising Didn’t feel enough was done to promote the property felt that it had gone stagnant. Only one viewing at first back in September & second not until this Saturday 11th January. no phone call in between to reassure me that I could possible sell my house

From the very beginning, Trupti and the team have been incredibly supportive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Any time an issue came up—whether it was maintenance, documentation, or general queries—they responded quickly and always made sure things were resolved smoothly. One of the things I appreciated most was their flexibility. They consistently worked around my schedule, which made everything—from inspections to repairs—so much more convenient. Communication was always easy and professional—Trupti especially was a joy to deal with, always approachable, proactive, and genuinely kind, making the entire experience feel personal and stress-free. If you're looking for a letting agency that truly cares about its tenants and delivers reliable, responsive service, I can't recommend Vibrant Estates highly enough. He also went above and beyond his duties as an agent, giving advice and help with preparing the property for sale. I would recommend him unreservedly to anyone looking for an agent.
6th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Absolutely wonderful, is not an understatement to describe the Hunters team especially Michelle, who wisked out her magic wand and became my fairy godmother, herding all the cats, (solicitors), in line and pushing the sale and purchase over the line. All of the Hunters team couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, guiding us through the process, and despite all my silly questions, never loosing their cheery smiles and 'it will be ok we got this' attitude. I'd give them 7 stars if I could and definitely recommend them all, thank you so so much for all your help.
