We were delighted to sell our house after a handful of viewings. Paul, Hannah and Emma from the branch were always happy to help us and made me feel comfortable at every step in the process, making it a smooth journey. Vanessa was also great at speeding up the process at the end by communicating with our solicitors. I would recommend Wards to everyone. Thank you so much!

The whole process from beginning to end has been extremely seamless.<br><br>John came round to value our house and take photos ready to be put on the market. The write up on our property and the photos taken were second to none.<br><br>We had viewings booked in on the day our property went live and sold on the 1st day of viewings. Lee who done the viewings was fantastic when showing people around and had a genuine passion to want to sell your property.<br><br>After accepting an offer, Connor, with the help of Angela in his absence, we're brilliant at chasing the chain and solicitors for updates for both our sale and purchase.<br><br>I would 100% use Hawkesford James again. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Lewis Wood who dealt with our viewings was extremely helpful and professional and when we did decide not to proceed he was very understanding and empathetic. Very impressed with the whole experience. I continue to use them for all my rental property management and occasionally use the property sales arm - on the rare occasions I have a property to sell. I heartedly recommend them.
29th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Maps estate agent could not have been better, they have been amazing, constant communication, above and beyond doing more than they needed to so we had a great transition between sale and purchase, we had a slight complication within the chain due to another agent phoned maps nothings a problem they communicated with all involved and sorted everything out that day I’d never use any other agent I will be recommending to anyone I can, thanks again Johnny and team, you really took the stress out of moving
