10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)When we first met Joe at the property we were looking to purchase, nothing was ever too much trouble for him.<br><br>What Joe went on to do to help us throughout the whole process was truly out of this world.<br><br>We had an absolute nightmare with the purchase, particularly with the solicitors, and I can honestly say that without Joe’s help, support and persistence in chasing the vendor’s solicitor, the sale probably would not have happened.<br><br>Joe was always on hand to help and assist whenever we needed him. He was constantly there to answer questions, chase things up and keep us updated. Even on his days off, Joe would still help by making calls and chasing things on our behalf.<br><br>That level of dedication and commitment is something you very rarely come across.<br><br>Joe is an absolutely remarkable gentleman — always friendly, helpful, professional and approachable.
