My home sold before it even went live on the website, because Hannah knew she had people ready that would be interested. Couldn’t be happier with the service Hannah gave us!

8th May 2026 (1 day ago)Unfortunately, our experience renting through this estate agent was extremely disappointing. Throughout our tenancy we reported multiple issues with the property, including mould concerns and a broken kitchen extractor fan which was reported but never repaired during the entire 1 year and 5 months we lived there. We also requested permission to decorate parts of the property to improve its condition, but never received any response from the estate agent regarding this. Shortly after raising concerns about the condition of the property, we were served a Section 21 notice and informed by both the landlord and estate agent that the property was being sold. Less than a month after vacating the property, it has now been relisted for rent by the same estate agent using the same listing photos, which has left us feeling very misled about the reasons we were given for having to leave. Communication throughout our tenancy was often poor, and even after vacating the property we have still had no contact regarding the return of our deposit or any proposed deductions. I normally would not leave a negative review, but based on our experience I would strongly advise future tenants to carefully document everything and ensure all communication is kept in writing.

Fantastic photography and videography and presale advice Very professional, personal service with every step relayed to us with constant contact and all questions/queries promptly answered. She truly held my hand every step of the way, always taking the time to explain things clearly and making sure I felt confident in every decision I was making. What really stood out was her dedication and expertise. Stacey did not just guide, she actively helped me secure a reduction in purchase price when I put in a counter offer, which made a huge difference for me. That level of commitment is rare and speaks volumes about her professionalism and skill. She is knowledgeable, talented, and genuinely cares about her clients. I found the sales team to be hard to engage with and dismissive in relation to viewing the property, this also included mixed messages with timelines and expectations around sale price.. However once an offer was accepted the sales progression team were outstanding, Theresa in particular became our main point of contact and handled any problems quickly and professionally, whilst always remaining approachable and friendly. we cant thank her enough for the time and support she provided with keeping the sale on track.
