Sarah has been extremely considerate and thoughtful when dealing with myself and my family. Luke in particular, has gone above and beyond to help myself and my family find a new home in difficult circumstances. I cannot recommend them enough and am thrilled they will also be managing the property I am moving into.

23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Since 1992 I have rented 12 different properties and bought and sold 7 different properties so I have lots of experience with Estate Agents, the service I got from Grace Lane at Simon Miller Larkfield is exceptional, so polite, helpful and efficient, she is a tremendous asset to Simon Miller, in fact anyone whom I have dealt with there provide a similar service, if you want to use an Estate Agent for any reason Simon Miller on another level to other Estate Agents

The service was excellent from start to finish, with clear communication and regular updates throughout the entire process. A special thanks to Esther, Joe, and Matthew, who were all fantastic and made sure we were kept fully up to date at every stage. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and support really helped make the whole process smooth and stress-free.
