10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)Honestly a misery living here now on Saxon shore Canterbury especially with the bully from moat that pick only on curtain individually the constant dust from the 10+ machines living around our property (wasn’t there when moving in now we live on a builders yard) builders using up our parking space in a restricted space area even tho they have there own car park made for them, can’t open windows do to the machine parked next to us and not water damping to keep the dust down and the cars are getting ruined everyday because there getting thick covers in dust moat doesn’t allow us to have access to outdoor tap so lovely moat cut it off so there no outside water coming out, so be prepared to spend out a minimum 10 ish pound a day to TRY keep your car clean
27th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)I was a tenant of Dockside Property services for two years. In that time, they charged me disgusting amounts for a check in fee, check out few, signing fee, if they had any involvement you better believe you'd pay for it. They also took 1.5 years of that two year tenancy to fit a bathroom extractor fan which was broken when I moved in, and that the previous tenant tried to get fixed. Every issue I ever raised was dealt with in a sluggish manner sadly - an online portal / report system can be as fancy as it wants - but it doesn't help unless you actually check it. They were also kind enough to charge us for additional cleaning of the property when we left it spotless - as well as trying to charge us £60 for replacing a piece of wood under the dishwasher that wasn't fitted back after repairs that they did. The reason it didn't fit was because the repair made the gap physically too small for the wood to fit in, so oddly enough I couldn't refit it, but somehow they didn't seem to understand that. Maybe they didn't do that "get the shape in the hole" game when they were younger. After explaining this they then doubled down on their stupidly and we disputed via the DPS, and they settled in our favour because I figure someone that works there actually has eyes / a basic understanding of shapes and measurements. Either way, I wouldn't rent from them again unless I had no other option. Oh, and if you're looking at renting 25 The Eye, the flats in Chatham, the hot water is basically non existant (unless you take 3 second showers), the washing machine is from the early 90's, rent is very high, you can hear every breath of your neighbours (above, on both sides and below) as well as the lovely potent smelling...."cigarettes" from those below 24/7 - and if you hear a scuttling in the night in the walls or see something dash across the kitchen floor, don't worry, that's just the rats from the bin store under the building. ??????

Couple of times wanted to pull it off the market but Gary persuaded to stick with it!<br>Hannah and the lady who showed people round were very helpful during the marketing process so thanks to them!<br>Kim who oversaw the STC process what a gem and an asset to Wards friendly and kept up to date with progress or anything missing etc!<br>I’m sure Gary is breathing a sigh of relief ??????thanks Gary for changing my mind !<br>Everyone was friendly and professional!<br>Thanks Hermione ??????

10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)When we first met Joe at the property we were looking to purchase, nothing was ever too much trouble for him.<br><br>What Joe went on to do to help us throughout the whole process was truly out of this world.<br><br>We had an absolute nightmare with the purchase, particularly with the solicitors, and I can honestly say that without Joe’s help, support and persistence in chasing the vendor’s solicitor, the sale probably would not have happened.<br><br>Joe was always on hand to help and assist whenever we needed him. He was constantly there to answer questions, chase things up and keep us updated. They gave us honest, knowledgeable advice, kept us updated throughout the whole process, and always made sure we were involved in every decision. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were always quick to respond and act whenever something needed doing.<br><br>Their professionalism really stood out, but they also made the whole experience feel personal and reassuring. Selling a property can be stressful, but they made everything run as smoothly as possible. On top of that, their fees were very reasonable, and the level of service we received was outstanding.<br><br>We’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. I was due to move in two months ago, and throughout the entire process I received no information whatsoever about the moving-in procedure. I emailed multiple times beforehand asking what I needed to do, but nobody responded.<br><br>When I finally arrived at the building, I was told I had to travel all the way to MediaCity to collect my keys, despite repeatedly asking in advance about the process.<br><br>Unfortunately, the problems only got worse after moving in. There was black mould on my ceiling, which I reported immediately. Someone came out and simply painted over it, despite me explaining that there clearly appeared to be dampness or a leak causing the mould. My concerns were not properly investigated.<br><br>Just 26 days later, the black mould returned — around ten times worse. There is now an active leak in the ceiling directly above my bed. I reported this over a month ago and have emailed every seven days since, yet I have received no response whatsoever from the property management team.<br><br>I have also reported the issue through their reporting service and still have had no response. This is completely unacceptable. I am now becoming unwell and have had to miss significant amounts of work, while the management continue to fail to take the situation seriously.<br><br>I have now contacted Salford City Council to see if they can put pressure on the building management to address the leak, damp and mould.<br><br>Do not rent with this property. I ignored the warning signs and I deeply regret it. If you are considering moving here, please take these issues seriously and think very carefully before signing a contract.

3rd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Freeman and Gray helped me sell my house. My agent was Jason Brookman. Jason is a very seasoned estate agent. He is highly efficient, friendly and very helpful. He found me a buyer and throughout the conveyancing period updated me on a regular basis and whenever necessary. I found him very honest and trustworthy; always had time to speak with me and discuss certain difficult issues which came up with the sale. He was also instrumental in my negotiations with my buyer. I honestly think that without him this sale would not have happened. I also wish to add that through the process I got to know him as a friend.<br>Thanks Jason

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
