2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Absolutely terrible service here especially from the team leader Sophie. They found me the worst tenants possible who trashed my house. I can get past that but the service from this team is the worst part. They charge you finders fee and management fees however a tenant breaks the contract and leaves early and there is no support. Instead they want to charge you again for finding another tenant. Nobody comes back to you have to constantly chase them for updates. I would not use them if it was a free service again.

30th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)To be fair I did not know about BenSiggins until I signed up with GetAgent. Kevin Dennett was my main point of contact. I had a meeting with him and he explained everything that I needed to know in a short space of time. He was very professional as were the other people at BenSiggins that I had contact with. My late parent’s house was put on the market very shortly after our meeting. There were several viewings during the next two to three weeks. I had a reasonable offer from a first time buyer with no chain at all and I accepted it. This was all done within 6 weeks or so. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BenSiggins and would defiantly use them again in the future should the need arise. Steve Rebindaine

Thank you so much to this amazing amazing team!- 22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Mann Sales and Letting Agents Strood, particularly with Anne Underdown, was very disappointing. Throughout the purchase process, communication was poor, updates were often delayed, and we frequently felt misled or unnecessarily kept waiting.<br><br>Despite the seller being genuinely motivated to complete the sale and progress matters quickly, we saw very little proactive support from the agency to help move things forward. Instead of helping coordinate between parties and reduce delays, the process often felt slower and more frustrating because of the lack of clear communication and follow-up.<br><br>As buyers, we were consistently chasing for updates ourselves, while dealing with unclear or sometimes contradictory information. Buying a house is already stressful, especially as first-time buyers in the UK, and we expected far better support, transparency and professionalism from the estate agent.<br><br>Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I believe there is significant room for improvement in communication, honesty and proactive case management.

From the very beginning, they were professional and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Selling and moving can be stressful, but the team made everything feel much more manageable. They kept us informed at every stage, provided honest advice, and were always available to answer our questions. Their communication was excellent, and we felt they genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us. Thank you for helping us with our move, would highly recommend!

From the moment she answered the phone, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me.<br><br>Mia asked thoughtful questions that no other agent had asked, and she raised points I hadn’t even considered. Her knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. What impressed me most was how much she seemed to care about us as potential vendors, rather than simply treating it as another enquiry.<br><br>On the same day, I spoke with six other estate agents, and not one of them came close to providing the level of service, interest, and personal attention that Mia did. She made me feel valued and listened to, which meant a great deal.<br><br>We are still considering whether to sell our home, but if we do decide to move forward, I would definitely consider using Leaders—especially if Mia could be our representative.<br><br>A huge thank you to Mia for such an outstanding first impression. She is a real credit to Leaders.

Following an appraisal and long chat with Wendy, who is so calm and reassuring, I went ahead with letting my property using their services. The whole team are professional, experienced, knowledgeable and I am very happy with the whole process.

Their website is almost unusable and unprofessional stating terms like 'Hicks deals with literally hundreds of property transactions every year'. The limited properties on sale suggests this is not the case. Likely due to their lack of effort when presenting someone's home for sale. Look at a Hicks advert on a major property selling website as an example and this is clear. Limited blurred pictures, with poorly worded descriptions. It is pointless enquiring about a property they advertise as they never respond. I feel quite sorry for the people selling with them.

I continue to use them for all my rental property management and occasionally use the property sales arm - on the rare occasions I have a property to sell. I heartedly recommend them.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
