30th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)To be fair I did not know about BenSiggins until I signed up with GetAgent. Kevin Dennett was my main point of contact. I had a meeting with him and he explained everything that I needed to know in a short space of time. He was very professional as were the other people at BenSiggins that I had contact with. My late parent’s house was put on the market very shortly after our meeting. There were several viewings during the next two to three weeks. I had a reasonable offer from a first time buyer with no chain at all and I accepted it. This was all done within 6 weeks or so. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BenSiggins and would defiantly use them again in the future should the need arise. Steve Rebindaine
9th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and none have measured up to Simon & Miller. Without a doubt the most considerate and supportive agency there is. Particularly the Maidstone branch and Karan Johnson, she is so delightful, friendly, reassuring and professional. The whole team are an absolute credit but Karan goes above and beyond. I hope to only deal with them in the future - thank you for making the last 3 years smooth and successful.

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Had to write a review (even though it maybe a couple months late) praising how helpful the staff have been throughout the whole process. With me and my fiancé being first time buyers it was an extremely daunting task and without a doubt was far from a smooth experience. However the reason we currently get to sit down together in our living room is all thanks to the incredibly hard work the staff at Wards put into our purchase. First I would like to thank Monika for helping with our viewings and advising us through the initial steps alongside Lauren for still answering the phone happily following my 20th call each week to keep me updated. But for me most of all I would like to give a gigantic amount of praise to Emma, I whole heartedly believe we would not be in this house without her. She accepted every call I made even if it was multiple during the day with such a warm and helpful attitude. I truly felt like she was fighting to get us into this house and treated the purchase as if it was her own. From the very beginning, they were professional and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Selling and moving can be stressful, but the team made everything feel much more manageable. They kept us informed at every stage, provided honest advice, and were always available to answer our questions. Their communication was excellent, and we felt they genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us. Thank you for helping us with our move, would highly recommend!

They have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole selling process run smoothly with less stress. They managed to sell our house within just one week, which was far quicker than we ever expected.<br><br>The whole process was handled professionally, efficiently and with genuine enthusiasm. Communication was excellent, they kept me informed every step of the way, and I always felt that my sale was in safe hands.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, but they made the experience feel remarkably straightforward. If you’re looking for an estate agent who gets results, has amazing local knowledge and genuinely cares about their clients, look no further. Five stars without hesitation!

Their website is almost unusable and unprofessional stating terms like 'Hicks deals with literally hundreds of property transactions every year'. The limited properties on sale suggests this is not the case. Likely due to their lack of effort when presenting someone's home for sale. Look at a Hicks advert on a major property selling website as an example and this is clear. Limited blurred pictures, with poorly worded descriptions. It is pointless enquiring about a property they advertise as they never respond. I feel quite sorry for the people selling with them.

They gave us honest, knowledgeable advice, kept us updated throughout the whole process, and always made sure we were involved in every decision. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were always quick to respond and act whenever something needed doing.<br><br>Their professionalism really stood out, but they also made the whole experience feel personal and reassuring. Selling a property can be stressful, but they made everything run as smoothly as possible. The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
