4th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Relentless spam emails since trying to view a property last week. I’ve unsubscribed multiple times but they just won’t stop, looks like they’ve shared my email with other MG offices too. Reporting spam to all emails I get now but it’s just non-stop.

During the process it was great to know I had support from my agents and they went the extra mile to keep things moving when there were holdups on the conveyancing front. I would happily come back next time I move home.- 7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I had a truly disappointing experience with this estate agency. I reached out multiple times with enquiries about properties, and despite my clear interest, they completely ignored my enquiries. I followed up several times, but never received any responses. Instead, they decided to move my contact details to another branch, without any prior communication or explanation. This kind of treatment is extremely unprofessional. Not only did they fail to respond to my initial questions, but they also showed a lack of respect by shifting me to another branch without my consent or knowledge. It felt like they were simply passing me off without considering my interest in the properties I was inquiring about. It's frustrating and disappointing when an estate agent doesn’t follow through, leaving you feeling like just another number. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience. Poor communication and a complete lack of customer care.

All the staff I dealt with on the phone, via email and in person (Elliott, Bobby, Adam, Bradley, Billy) were polite, professional and helpful. They gave sound advice and kept me up to date with progress. I'm pleased this independent business is successful as it deserves to do well.

They are dealing with my management and lettings and I highly rate the staff, particularly those I have been in contact with. Lincoln was helpful and charming, ready to help, and answer my questions. Ewa has been very efficient and straightforward with lettings. All The staff are kind and friendly and seem happy, many have been working there for many years, which is always a good sign of a good business. They look after landlords and tenants and the processes from start to finish. A service led business that I can recommend.

Really nice lady took her time with us I felt no pressure just a nice experience viewing the flat.

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)We are an Australian family, that needed to relocate to London for work. As expats, the process of finding a property from overseas is extremely daunting, let alone all the different processes, nuances that might be obvious to a local, but not to a foreigner. As foreigners, we did not have UK credit history or rental history, so we actually failed the third party check, but James reassured us and stepped in when necessary to sort out these matters. Therefore we didn't have to pay 6-12 months rent in advance, which has been the case for others we know. He understood our predicament and assisted us with the process the whole way. He was always transparent and accommodating, providing lots of great tips and advice and responding in a timely manner. We had dealings with other agencies, who were not transparent and really put pressure on us to apply for properties to meet targets, rather than considering our needs. I am very grateful that James honoured/followed through on everything he said to us, and there were no surprises. Even after the signing of contract and we now deal with the landlord directly, he is always happy to respond to any questions I have and provide guidance/tips etc.

Although there is a parcel room and CCTV, thefts continue to occur, and the services included in our service charges do not appear to be fully effective in protecting residents. These ongoing issues leave me feeling unsafe in my own home. While I am still relatively new to the building, I hope the management company will take prompt and effective action to improve security. I trust that with proper measures, the building can become a safe and well-managed environment for all residents.

11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Dexter's were very diligent and very professional from the moment I was contacted by Marlon, to the listings and viewings with Sofia up to the moment we have completed the sale through Jack and Jamil. But they went above and beyond. We had a difficult case at the end that needed proper skills to get over the line and I could not have asked for anyone better than Jack to handle it. He completely owned the difficult conversations and drove the sale over the finish line. I can safely say that without Jack's help this would not have happened. Thank you very much, and I definitely recommend using Dexter's Muswell Hill.
