28th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)From the minute David walked into my house to value it i knew I had chosen the perfect estate agent. He was professional, courteous, realistic and very reassuring. All the staff in the Arnold office also were a pleasure to work with . Kerry was reassuring , nothing was too much trouble, she returned calls and followed up on enquiries. I hadn't sold a property for over 25 years so I needed someone who would guide me and David James certainly did this . I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you ????

The process was well handled and where we had queries directed to the seller the team were quick to enquire and pass on information which smoothed the process significantly. Throughout the team were patient and attentive as we navigated with solicitors to complete the purchase. Highly recommended. Thank you team.

We were buying a property that they had on the market and were unfortunately dealing with some less than supportive solicitors. Mel was amazing throughout and helped guide us through a very stressful process and helped us feel like our voices were heard. If it hadn't have been for the team at Hammond Properties, we likely would not have been able to move into our home before Christmas. A massive thank you to Mel and the team at Hammond Properties for their help in buying our first home.

2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)We viewed a few properties with Hannah at Gascoines in July. We took a gamble on one in particular, above what we thought was in or priceing. She was very helpful and let us just look and reflect. Once we agreed to purchase Hannah was very supportive, left us alone when needed, and ‘prompted ‘in the right places. We were kept informed all throughout the purchase and Gascoines liaised regularly with our solicitors and our purchasers estate agents as well. It was down to the wire on the moving day, but we were kept informed and once keys handed over, we were given a really nice and useful pack. All in all, we’d definitely recommend Gascoines as an estate agent. A big thank you to Hannah as well

On all occasions they have been friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, with all questions answered clearly and in a very timely manner. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. I would have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Lettings to anyone looking for a first class, professional letting agent.

18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

Still waiting for repairs i reported in October, happy to contact me when they put my rent up but won't fix any problems, disgusting.<br><br>Attached other reviews to show how incompetent they are
