18th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)To be fair the office team were great and supportive. The valuation team I would say operated with double standards and had a conflict of interest which went against us as the vendor. In short why tell us a price we could get. A price if we wanted to sell quickly and then when asked again by a builder that we asked to do a part exchange with. You tell them a quick sale price of nearly £80k less than you told us. Very odd. One could be forgiven for thinking that it was intentional in order to not loose us and our sale commission value. Cynical? Maybe. But instinct and intelligence tells me otherwise.

12th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)AVOID THIS AGENT. My daughter has just won a case at Nottingham Crown Court in connection with rats in her rented house. She has a 2 year old and the Agent/Landlord/Management company all confirmed in writing it was the tenants responsibility. She paid £204 for an urgent pest controller. Within days we Goggled and found the Landlord/tenant Act 1985, it is actually the landlords responsibility to pay and resolve the matter. This incident was back in July 25, today she won a Crown court judgement and the Landlord ordered to pay her the full fees plus costs. WHY didn’t the Agent/Management company know the Law in relation to this matter in the first place. The stress this has caused to my daughter was immense. If I could award no stars I would. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

24th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)These guys will choke u you for a viewing, tell the landlord to humble himself a bit there are many apartments in nottingham, they wanted me to sign a contract which include a rent increase, first time i have ever seen, will treat u badly. Edit: they have really tried to come back to me, and ali was a very respectful and sincere guy and apologized for everything and took alot of time to be clear with me, ali the best guy

She kept us well informed and went out of her way to make sure everything moved forward smoothly. Unfortunately, communication with some other members of the team was less consistent and it could sometimes be difficult to get updates, but Carol’s support and professionalism made a real difference and ensured everything was ultimately resolved.

8th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Rented a G and O property a few years ago, never again. Awful to renters, only care about the landlords. When the boiler broke on rented property, the agent laughed that we didnt have hot water and heating in winter. They promised rubbish would be cleared before moving in, it was not, it was disgusting with trash everywhere. They were super critical of us and anything we did but when the property leaked due to their and the landlords negligence, they said it was just one of those things and we're slow to resolve despite a huge leak. Electrics we're not safe after leak and they tried to say that the landlord had fixed it, and only relented when I asked to see the landlords electric safety qualifications, suddenly a qualified engineer came and fixed the issues. Tried to take every penny of deposit unfairly, but I managed to argue it back with actual evidence, which they lacked. Avoid.
