15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I’ve had a really positive experience with this estate agent and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

In particular, Greta and Miriam on the property management team have been absolutely outstanding. They are super efficient, friendly, approachable and, most importantly, they actually get things done! Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and it’s so reassuring to know that any queries or issues are dealt with quickly and professionally.

They are a real credit to the company and make the whole renting experience so much easier and more enjoyable. It’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about providing a great service.

A huge thank you to Greta and Miriam — you are both fantastic!
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Poor service from Abbie and her colleagues who have ignored me for months. After being let down by them multiple times in the past I made the big mistake of going back to them. I contacted them in November 2025 for some new TA's to be created and so Abbie agreed to do the work. However I am still waiting for this work to be done its now October 2026!

I have been chasing them for months only to be ignored (over multiple emails and dozens of phone calls, her colleagues always advise me she's not available after being put on hold, clearly ignoring me! and that she will call me back, which never happens). I will not be using Bairstow Eves Lettings ever again. If I could give them 0 stars I would! Poor service!!
2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Jasmine Chambers, Mortgage Services Manager has been exceptional throughout. She is both professional and approachable, whilst maintaining customer contact during the entire mortgage process. We are both very grateful for all your help and support Jasmine and look forward to acquiring your expertise again.
23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Great service from Megan and the team!
28th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Thank you to the entire West Bridgford team who dealt with the sale of our house and purchase of our new home. Steve, Jules, and Amelia were hands on from the start and the communication and support we received throughout a complex period was fantastic. Unlike some estate agents in the area who make promises that they do not fulfil, FHP provide a first class, personal service from start to finish.
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Great service. Would recommend
22nd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Really excellent service from Burchell Edwards in Ilkeston, made letting our property out really seamless, excellent communication, really friendly team, especially Amber, she has been exceptional throughout.
15th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Had a great visit from Ryan. Very pleasant and professional indeed.- 20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Never ONCE has a complaint been resolved on time. They claim that they'll get back to me, then I wait weeks without a response despite multiple follow up emails and calls. Sometimes I wait all day in my flat for someone to come in and fix the problem but they never come as promised. Will avoid this agency at all cost from now on
- 15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Thank you very much to Morgan, Ellessa and Charlie who supported me all the way through the sale of my house. It went smoothly and without any of the frustrations I was told that I will experience. Everyone was always professional, friendly and responded in a timely fashion to any questions I had.
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)We had a great experience buying our first house through David James. As a couple that had no knowledge of the house buying process they were really supported through the entire process.

Massive shoutout to Kerry for being a super star and always available to answer any question we had! We wouldn’t have gotten through the process without her.- 24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very professional, excellent communication from the team with feedback on most viewings and a real sense that they were working on our behalf.
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Been renting with them for a couple of years. They've always been very responsive when anything needs repair, and the office are good at staying in touch. Couldn't ask for more- 12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Efficient and helpful staff. Kept me updated throughout the process of selling my house.
26th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)Landlords - Must Read

We used this estate agent’s tenant introduction service to find tenants for two of our flats in Nightingale Quarter, Derby. They successfully found tenants for both properties, but unfortunately, our experience after that was extremely disappointing.

For one of the flats, we did not receive a statement for two months despite chasing this several times. We have also never received a statement or any money relating to our Dalton House flat. The same commission and charges were agreed for both properties.

Communication has been particularly frustrating. It is extremely difficult to get through to anyone by phone, and when we do manage to speak to someone, we are repeatedly told that someone will call us back, but the promised call does not happen.

Overall, this has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Our experience has been that communication was much better while the tenancy arrangements were being completed, but once the deal was done, getting responses and resolving outstanding issues became extremely difficult.

We would strongly recommend that anyone considering using their services carefully considers the level of aftercare and communication they can expect once the tenancy has been arranged.
2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Incredibly poor communication - I had to chase my application myself multiple times, I was given incorrect information multiple times with no real care or apology given. When you are dealing with people’s lives and homes you would think there would be good level of customer service but this place does not provide that at all ! Would never use this letting agency again as I am nearing homelessness because of them.

4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Myself and my partner enquired about a property which was a first floor apartment. We said that we had pets, and the estate agent said they will check. When we went to view, we said again that we had pets and were then told we were not allowed pets at the property. You knew this and didn’t tell us beforehand, and respectfully we will never part with them, so you completely wasted our time. We will not be looking at properties with you again.
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Excellent proffessional team of staff who were very helpful in getting the property sold.
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Excellent service all round from Watsons. We are both very happy in our new home wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work of everyone. Big thanks to Lucy for keeping us updated throughout the process and always being there to answer questions and Pam for recommending our solicitors.
Royston & Lund Estate Agents - West Bridgford
3 Fountain Court, Gordon Road, West Bridgford, Gordon Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 5LN
(310 reviews)
12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)My wife and I have been house hunting for a little bit now, and have felt that the staff at R&L have been really helpful. We've had a few viewings with them and although we're still on our journey we've found the knowledge the agents have imparted upon us to be very insightful. Especially Nick Ashford - and incredibly helpful chap! Really knows his stuff, and it's very refreshing to not feel pressured into a purchase. We had a couple of viewings with him, and although we still haven't found 'The One' we felt that he understood our position as a growing family. While we are still on the search, if we find the right property through Royston & Lund we will be very happy.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I would like to thank Joe for his excellent service in helping me sell my property.
Joe provided excellent service when helping me sell my property. He was very responsible, kept me well informed, and always followed up on things promptly. I really appreciate his hard work and support. Highly recommended!
17th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Chino was excellent. He was amazing throughout the whole process. He was polite when I showed up, showed me the properties and made me understand the whole process with ease. I am moving into one of the properties. I would highly recommend working with Chino
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Great experience renting a flat from Comfort Estates. Our focal point Sophie was always really responsive, any issues were fixed quickly and Sophie would always let us know in advance if they needed to pop round to check something or facilitate a viewing. No hesitation at recommending others to rent properties from this estate agents.
