I was over the moon, from the first phone call to collecting the keys both Lauren and Emily were fantastic, answering all my questions in a timely manner and being honest about everything from the start, I cannot thank them enough.
1st May 2026 (8 days ago)William H Brown have managed my rental property really well over the last few years, and I’ve been so pleased with their service. Debbie in particular has been a fantastic property manager throughout. She’s always prompt with replies and ensuring things are being taken care of, and lets me know of any issues reported by the tenants immediately. She’s been incredibly helpful and proactive with things that need to be arranged (certifications etc), and organising contractors when needed, which has given me great peace of mind during the rental period. It really has been a seamless experience.

From the beginning, she was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Amber provided clear information, answered all my questions promptly, and made the viewing and paperwork process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated her communication and support, which made everything much easier for me. I would definitely recommend Amber Lydon to anyone looking for accommodation, as she is reliable and efficient. Thank you, Amber, for your excellent service!

She kept us well informed and went out of her way to make sure everything moved forward smoothly. Unfortunately, communication with some other members of the team was less consistent and it could sometimes be difficult to get updates, but Carol’s support and professionalism made a real difference and ensured everything was ultimately resolved.

19th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)It’s definitely the best agency I’ve had. I’ve used quite a few across the country, from South to North, and this one stands out. They’re efficient, and the staff are always friendly and helpful, in special Kirsty . Whenever I report a problem in the house, they respond quickly and get it fixed straight away. We also have a cleaner every two weeks, and everything runs smoothly. When I first moved in, both the room and the house were spotless, quite and fully furnished with everything I needed. The whole letting process was straightforward and pleasant. I’m very happy overall. 15th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)Thanks to Francesca and her letting team, including Gabrielle and Jayde for the friendly and professional service, letting out our three bedroom house in Beeston. The marketing worked well and new tenants were found within two weeks of putting the property on the market. I thought getting the house ready in time for the tenants to move in right after Easter would be a challenge, given repairs, decoration and change of carpets. It was well managed, and their contractors knew what is required for a let property and did a very good job.

In particular I would like to thank Marta for her professional approach to all the aspects of selling the property, in particular, keeping me informed, negotiating and finally selling the property. After the sale was completed, it was then passed over to kirsten, who overseas the completion of the sale, kirsten deals with the solicitors, on both sides which is quite a difficult task, once again very professional and kept me informed from start to finish, so thankyou once again Mr A Meakin

There were many hurdles to overcome due to a large chain but our contact Lucy (at the Kimberley office) was brilliant. She chased all the chains solicitors daily. She kept us in the loop (even when the news wasn’t great). Lucy didn’t hesitate to try everything she could to resolve the issues that were completely out of our control. We couldn’t have asked for anymore. She went over and above. She throughly deserves the 5 STAR review. Thank you for your service! Neil & Emma.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

7th May 2026 (2 days ago)Nick Ashmore showed myself and my mum around a few properties yesterday in West Bridgford and Keyworth. Nick was by far the best estate agent we have come across. He did his research on the properties and was able to answer any questions we had. Nick was very friendly and professional. Definitely preferred his approach to viewings, compared to others who come unprepared and do not know any information about the property. He is a great asset to Royston & Lund.

15th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)I have never had any encounters with this company but the people who drive the vans have disgraceful attitudes when driving, just today a driver who didn’t want to let me merge, followed me home and threatened my life. These drivers need to learn that they represent the company and need ti be dealt with.
