The local market knowledge, professionalism and communication were to the best of the standards. 6th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)Mann are not good at communicating with their landlords. They do not communicate well with the various departments within Mann. They are not good in carrying out reviews of properties.
8th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Honestly, I couldn’t fault them. We spent (wasted) 6 months with a different agent and changed to Fenwicks. Immediately, they were showing clients around, providing feedback and secured a sale within a short time. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and chased when things slowed down a bit. Excellent.

Accessible, knowledgeable about the area and focused on getting the sale done, ably abbetted by a solicitor working closely with him and my own solicitor. Thinking about moving into the the area? I can commend this team wholeheartedly.

Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.
