I have to say over the course of the year we had a very supportive agency especially Angela who always supported us whenever we had any queries. Highly recommended if you are looking to rent in the area.

It was much appreciated.<br>Thanks too to Julie for her liaison with the online solicitors and for keeping me up to date promptly. To Joe as well for advice on various aspects and also to other members of the team.<br>You were all so friendly and I would definitely recommend the branch.

Although I ultimately didn’t take my mortgage through them, the advice and guidance I received was excellent. They were very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions.<br><br>I really appreciated the honest and helpful advice, and I never felt pressured to proceed. Even though I didn’t end up using their services for my mortgage, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional and trustworthy mortgage advice.

My case worker, Lisa, was exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always happy to explain everything in a way that I could understand. No question ever felt too small, and she always responded quickly, giving me complete confidence throughout the purchase.<br><br>What really stood out was the teamwork. The first viewing date and time was stuck to. They answered my questions regarding the property and AST terms promptly.<br>If I was in need of an estate agent again service, I would prefer to rent / sell / buy through Henry Adams.
