It wasn’t a straightforward sale, however the team did everything they could to keep me updated every step of the way. Big thank you to Harry & Alex in particular for all your proactive support and guidance. 10/10 recommend.
12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)cubitt & west have been a breath of fresh air for us! dealing with previous estate agents were a nightmare we were never getting our issues sorted or even our phone calls answered. the first day we moved into our new rented property we had a couple of teething issues things weren’t working quite as they should, when i contacted becky to let her know about these issues she had it resolved within a matter of hours. she also helped us with the moving in process. nothing felt rushed or like we were being forced into a decision and helped us the whole way regarding questions about the property. can definitely recommend and hopefully they will help us buy our own home one day!

9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)After being on the market with another agent for some time without much progress, I decided to move my property over to Charters in Gosport, and I’m so glad I did. From the very start, Lewis and his team were absolutely fantastic. Lewis was incredibly professional, honest and knowledgeable about the local market. He gave clear advice on pricing and marketing, and the whole team were proactive from day one. Within just a few days of launching with Charters, we had multiple viewings booked in and strong interest in the property. The communication throughout has been excellent, and I’ve always felt kept up to date and supported through the process. Thanks to Lewis and the team’s hard work, my property is now sold, which is something the previous agent was unable to achieve. I can’t recommend Lewis and the Charters Gosport team highly enough, a truly professional service and a great experience from start to finish.

18th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Imogen showed us around the property, applied no sales pressure, gave us time to look around and ask questions. Next day we put in offer which the seller accepted. From then on Imogen updated us on a regular basis as to how everything was progressing. After the purchase completed we obtained the keys, we had some further questions we had not previously thought to ask, Imogen was most helpful and even willing to revisit the property with us. Past experience has taught us that help is not always forthcoming once a sale has completed, this was definitely not the case dealing through RPS with the help of Imogen, it was a 5star experience.
27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)The office team were very helpful and patient as I tried to set up a date for valuation. The site visit was very good with a verbal proposal. Since then we heard nothing after the valuation letter. This review originally of 3 stars, prompted a phone call from the agent who was somewhat confused on the low rating. I advised them that I had sent a general enquiry to the Fareham office to seek a Best And Final Offer (amongst 4 other estate agents). Subsequently and in short order the revised offer was submitted.

As a Charity based in London holding residential property investments far away, we rely on quality of service which can often be difficult to find in the residential lettings market. We have been using the services of Chambers with complete confidence for 5 years now. The quality of service has NEVER waivered. Thank you Megan & thank you Chambers
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Lovely team but our home was over-valued and on the market for 3 months with 3 viewings. The office is local so local knowledge should be on point. The communication was always initiated by me to ask what we can do, reducing the cost, including social media etc Emails took a week to be responded to, if at all. Parted ways after 3.1 months and have missed out on the home we wanted to buy. Massive waste of our time, unfortunately.

It was a stressful 3 days trying to find the right property to apply for and the housing company had back to back issues when we were trying to apply however Sarah kept us updated frequently. She would get back to our calls within a couple of hours and was going out of her way to get us in contact with the right people. Any time we were having difficulty we could contact Sarah and she would sort it straight away. Now we’re moving through our application with Simplelife thanks to Sarah and we highly recommend Walker and Waterer.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)We highly recommend Marco Harris. Communication was excellent throughout — clear, prompt, and the WhatsApp group was a bonus. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and all of our questions were answered clearly with no pressure at all. There was a healthy amount of viewings and offers forthcoming, giving plenty us of choice, which was really appreciated. A special mention to Kieran, Shannen, and Connor, who were all fantastic and a real credit to the team. A smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marco Harris to anyone who’s selling their property. Thank you!
