Lorraine showed as round and we instantly fell in love with the property, we then went on to have our offer accepted. Communication so far has been excellent!
20th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)We’ve just finished remortgaging our house with Fox & Sons Waterlooville, and honestly, they were great from start to finish. Everything felt really easy and stress?free, which is not what I expected at all. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and actually explained things in a way that made sense. They kept us updated the whole way through and got everything sorted quickly without us having to chase anything. They also found us a really good rate, so we’re really happy with how it all turned out.Overall, just a really smooth experience. Would definitely recommend them if you want the whole remortgage thing to be as painless as possible.
3rd Feb 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial meeting to discuss the house sale, to actually getting it on the market and selling had been hassle free. The team from Beals have been great. Communication has been so quick and the relay of messages has been good. Couldn't ask for more.

He went over and above what I would normally expect from an agent, even helping arrange house clearance and meter readings. He kept us informed throughout and gave clear advice.
16th Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)Awful if I could give zero stars I would they do not care about complaints that are submitted to them in regard to their tenants as they are getting the rent each month. We have had issues with tenants of theirs for almost 6 months now and another neighbour for almost 3 years and nothing other then sending them letters which has done nothing and telling us to go environmental health. Absolutely disgusting!

They came highly recommended by several local people, all of whom described them as the best estate agents in the area, and our experience certainly lived up to that reputation.<br>Our property was far from a straightforward sale. As a Grade II listed building requiring extensive renovation, it appealed to a smaller pool of buyers, and the process ultimately took just over a year. Throughout that time, the team at Stride & Sons remained patient and professional.<br>Their advice was always thoughtful and clearly focused on achieving the best outcome for us, rather than simply pushing for a quick sale. We always felt they were acting in our best interests, providing honest guidance and realistic expectations at every stage of the process.<br>We are extremely grateful for their support and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their home.<br><br>Edit: it was notable that their contract was a straightforward and simple two-page document (this was in stark contrast to one other particular estate agent we considered whose contract contained a jaw-dropping number of unfair clauses that you are guided to avoid).
