Their communication after the initial sale was really first class and the after sales team kept us up to date when news came. They were equally as frustrated as we were with all the solicitors involved in the sale and I am still at a loss as to why that process took nearly 6 months! First class service from start to finish from Charters though

With over 30 years of experience, it really shows in the way he explains everything and handles each step with confidence. From the first appointment, David was warm, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the whole process much less stressful. He kept us fully informed at every stage of the application, making sure we understood what was happening and what to expect next. Thanks to his guidance and support, our mortgage application was successful, and we were able to purchase our property without unnecessary complications. We’ve had some negative experiences with other agents previously but Phil has restored our faith! His communication, knowledge and personable touches made what can be a daunting experience so much more exciting! He has accommodated and rooted for us - even to the point of consciously making an effort to make this experience just as exciting for our 4 year old! I’m relieved to know that we have Phil as a point of contact for our new home going forward!

We viewed with Becky and, although the house wasn't in the best state at the time, she was incredibly friendly and accommodating in helping us see the potential in a lovely home. We then were helped by Emily throughout the referencing process, who was responsive, professional and a really valuable contact for any questions we had. The whole process has been seamless, and the cottage was professionally cleaned and in a great condition on move in day, as promised.
