The team at Knight Frank has excellent knowledge of the local area, which made a real difference in attracting the right buyers and negotiating a successful sale.<br><br>Ed made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. 3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Homes took over from another estate agent and then things progressed noticeably on selling my mother’s house.<br>Really friendly and efficient team, professional, very supportive and I felt treated as an individual; they understood the circumstances under which the house had to be sold (to pay for care home costs).<br>Going into the estate agent office I felt welcome and liked meeting a team of smiley people, who I felt, wanted to sell the house as much as I needed to……..and they did ??????

They had kept everyone informed and calm, and giving the impression nothing has been too much bother. We definitely would not have got to this point without their support and assistance from the valuation originally right through to completion. Thank you for your consideration, compassion, and expertise at every step.

John was the winner of four estate agents. He was down to earth, friendly, informative, professional and so very supportive through the whole process. Then we met Evie who not only successfully supported us through our sale, she also spent time trying to help find a flat for my son! Evie has shared my laughter and my tears during our sale and I am so very grateful for her friendly, empathetic conversations on the phone. I know if I had to do it again I would definitely want this team of pro's to see me through again. I wish you all the very best! Thank you x

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

There was a delay at the start receiving the memorandum of sale due to an admin issue but these things happen. Overall very happy with the service provided to us. Would definitely use again in the future.
