20th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)We’ve just finished remortgaging our house with Fox & Sons Waterlooville, and honestly, they were great from start to finish. Everything felt really easy and stress?free, which is not what I expected at all. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and actually explained things in a way that made sense. They kept us updated the whole way through and got everything sorted quickly without us having to chase anything. They also found us a really good rate, so we’re really happy with how it all turned out.Overall, just a really smooth experience. Would definitely recommend them if you want the whole remortgage thing to be as painless as possible.

They came highly recommended by several local people, all of whom described them as the best estate agents in the area, and our experience certainly lived up to that reputation.<br>Our property was far from a straightforward sale. As a Grade II listed building requiring extensive renovation, it appealed to a smaller pool of buyers, and the process ultimately took just over a year. Throughout that time, the team at Stride & Sons remained patient and professional.<br>Their advice was always thoughtful and clearly focused on achieving the best outcome for us, rather than simply pushing for a quick sale. We always felt they were acting in our best interests, providing honest guidance and realistic expectations at every stage of the process.<br>We are extremely grateful for their support and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their home.<br><br>Edit: it was notable that their contract was a straightforward and simple two-page document (this was in stark contrast to one other particular estate agent we considered whose contract contained a jaw-dropping number of unfair clauses that you are guided to avoid).

The team are incredible - they keep you updated, they proactively hunt for buyers and they ensure anyone coming to view is vetted and gets the best possible experience of the property. They are light years ahead of the competition.

18th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)My experience with Bernards Estate Agents in Waterlooville has been immensely positive.<br>Under the Leadership of Martin Merrett and his capable team, and in the most difficult buying and selling climate of the past few years, they have, in the most loyal and professional way looked after my late Mother's home.<br>Their communication skills have been fantastic, always keeping me advised of appointments, and where possible the feedback from prospective buyers.<br>Their work has not been made easy, not only in this economic climate, but in my case, selling a home that needed a bit of TLC.<br>I am immensely grateful to Bernards Estate Agents for allowing me to secure a buyer, and I am very happy to recommend Bernards Estate Agents to any, and all prospective clients.

9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.
15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)I have to say Nesbitt and Sons is a very professional estate agent. Marc Nesbitt showed me around the Portchester property that I ended up buying. Marc was polite and courteous throughout the whole process, as were his staff. Communication was excellent and it made what can be a stressful process, not a stressful process. Once the sale was complete Marc was there at my new address to hand me the keys.<br>Marc's years of experience in the industry shone through and I can't thank him and his team enough. I would highly recommend buying a property through Nesbitt and Sons.<br>Thankyou.<br>Mr Roberts.
