28th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Our buying experience through WPR was easy and largely stress free. Initially, my wife and I dealt with John McConkey, and then Susy Brooks as our purchase progressed. Throughout the whole buying process WPR were very professional while maintaining a friendly, flexible & approachable manner. Their communication is on point - fast and honest, and we were always kept up to date without having to chase for answers. On the few occasions we visited the (Alton) branch in person the atmosphere was relaxed, organised and everyone knew who we were, why we were there and who we were there to see without us having to explain. We would definitely recommend WPR to anyone thinking of buying or selling. They're on it.
14th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)An absolute pleasure dealing with the team at Knights Property services, they were brilliant, they kept us informed every step of the way, in Any questions we had were dealt with in a friendly efficient manner and they always had the answer back the same day. Once an offer was accepted we were handed over to Andrew who again did an exceptional job, constantly on the case and making sure we were aware of what was happening , couldn’t have made it any easier. Well done everyone and a big thank you, Would highly recommend!

I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.- 7th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)We are glad that we chose Hamptons Estate Agents in Alton to sell our property, as from the off they showed that they were professional and prepared to be fully engaged in supporting us through the process. From the initial valuation from Adam, the ultimate professional, to the ongoing chasing and updating by Kathleen, we felt that they could not have done better. Kathleen, in particular, showed great tenacity in dealing with a number of issues, often overcoming the weaknesses of other parties in the chain, due in part to her skill at building relationships. She was so pleasant to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. I am happy to recommend the team at Hamptons.
2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)We bought our house with Romans in Fleet in July 2025, after almost two years of searching and working with several agencies in different areas. Once we decided to focus on Fleet, Romans truly stood out. Special thanks to Charlie and Matthew, who were outstanding throughout the process. Communication was fast and proactive, and their support during negotiations was excellent. Thanks to their efforts, we achieved a very good price reduction, which played a key role in making the purchase happen. They were also very helpful in arranging multiple viewings to suit our needs. The only area that could be improved is the move manager role. Unfortunately, this part of the process was more stressful than helpful. Communication around completion and moving day (keys, meeting point, and next steps) was unclear and came very late, which caused unnecessary confusion. At such a critical stage, clearer guidance and better coordination would make a big difference. That said, the Romans Fleet team stepped in to resolve the issues, and overall it was a genuinely positive experience. They helped facilitate the process for both buyer and seller, avoided unnecessary obstacles, and handled negotiations in a friendly, positive, and professional way. After some very poor experiences with other agencies in Fleet, I can confidently say that Romans Fleet is one of the best agencies in the area, and I would happily recommend them.

But he kept the lines of communication open and was always on hand with both advice and help. We would highly recommend Phillip and the team at Strutt and Parker

From the initial valuation through to completion, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Communication was excellent, we were kept updated after viewings, and they worked hard to keep everything moving along. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Henry and the Winkworth team to anyone looking to sell their home.

Abbie was our principal contact and she went out of her way to help us and make the whole process much simpler, quicker and friendlier than it might have otherwise been. We love our new home and so are not thinking about selling it obviously, but if we needed an estate agent, I would definitely choose Homes.
19th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Our third experience of working with Simon and the Hook team in the last 7 years. For the third time, it was plain sailing and all went to plan. Simon was always on the end of the phone/email if needed. Wouldn't use any other estate agent in Hook and cannot recommend Simon and his team highly enough.

We were in a chain selling my partner’s flat, and Winkworth communicated well with our solicitors and the estate agent we used to sell the flat. We managed to complete in a really short timespan considering we were in a chain. A stress free and quick process. Highly recommend. If we sell our home in the future Winkworth will be at the top of our list

Their approach has been genuinely personal, they’ve taken the time to really understand what we’re looking for and are clearly focused on finding us the right property, rather than just sending us a catalogue of listings.
