29th Jan 2019 (7 years ago)Throughout a very long and complex sale with lots of issues and potential deal breakers, Richard kept us updated and encouraged. He was always prompt to reply to messages by phone or email. He was always honest and upfront, managing our expectations and delivering difficult news appropriately. With a different estate agent we might not have had the energy to see the sale through. Robert played a similar role throughout the initial part of our sale while we kept having to re-adjust the price in a very tricky market. These guys are the real deal, the opposite of a dodgy estate agent cliché, they know their stuff and genuinely care about their clients.
16th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)My sale hasn’t completed yet, but after a year of trying to sell with Purple Bricks, who were abysmal, I have a good offer after four weeks and so far everything is going smoothly. The team at Winkworth’s is friendly, engaging and knowledgeable, and they do what they say they say they’re going to do. Would recommend.

I’ve appreciated his guidance and communication and am a bit sad to read other negative comments as they are in stark contrast to our own experience. I would highly recommend.

We had a very smooth purchase process because of his professional attitude and his capability to manage the relationship between us and our new home developer. I have known Sacha Scott agency since 2017 and they have looked after a few properties of mine. I am always impressed how hard they work, they communicate very well and keep me updated regularly and efficiently. They look after my tenants with care and make sure that any maintenance issue is properly sorted. I feel safe having them on board, knowing that they are looking after my tenants and my properties with professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend them to manage your property.

He also went above and beyond his duties as an agent, giving advice and help with preparing the property for sale. I would recommend him unreservedly to anyone looking for an agent.

They kept on top of things and made sure the process kept moving in spite of a few hurdles. I really think they earned their money. I would highly recommend iMove.

7th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Harper Jayne Homes were the life savers! We were impressed how easy and fast they found a tenant. What is more, they also manage our apartment already for 6 months and we didn’t have any issues at all (knock on the wood). This is such a relief for an overseas landlords. I can highly recommen them, especially the agent Kieron!
22nd Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)Renowned Homes... What a great team, I was looked after by Bradley and Sean through purchasing our property in the centre of London. We had some difficulties with our deposit and solicitor fees, but the gentleman were able to find the middle ground and bring the deal together. We ended up using Renowned's recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers and we managed to make it all happen. We moved in 2 weeks ago and have never been so happy. Thank you Renowned Homes!
