28th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)Having completed on our flat yesterday, I can say that the whole process wouldn’t have been as smooth if it wasn’t for Harrison and his team. The professionalism, the care and the attention to detail from the whole team made ir so that, getting on the property ladder, was an easier process than the one we anticipated. Thank you to everyone and, if/when it comes time to sell, we’ll surely get in touch!
4th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)We had to find a new rental place in Forest Hill at fairly short notice, and Emma at Hamptons Dulwich was a huge help throughout the process. She was warm, encouraging, and genuinely reassuring at what could have been a pretty stressful time. Communication was quick and clear, and she was always responsive and happy to offer advice along the way. Dealing with the team was easy and straightforward from start to finish. Thanks to Emma, we ended up in the perfect rental place and couldn’t be more grateful. Would happily recommend Hamptons Dulwich to anyone looking to rent in the area.
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)My experience as a landlord with First Capital and Passion Property Group has been extremely stressful and disappointing. After serving a valid Notice to Quit (NTQ), the property should have been returned to me at the end of the tenancy. Despite this, they have refused to hand back possession. Even after Croydon Council confirmed they would remove the tenant, I have continued to face resistance. In my experience, housing law has been incorrectly cited to justify keeping my property beyond the agreed tenancy end date. Rent payments have repeatedly been made late, causing unnecessary financial strain. I have also been charged for repairs that I was never informed about beforehand, despite the contract clearly stating that they are liable for such repairs. The lack of communication and transparency has been deeply concerning. I am particularly dissatisfied with the conduct of Nathan Hancox, the General Manager, who in my experience has stood in the way of resolving matters efficiently. I feel both the resident and I, as the landlord, have been let down. I would also like to mention Stirling Ackroyd, the estate agency in South Norwood that introduced me to this arrangement. Throughout this situation, I have found them unresponsive, unsupportive, and unwilling to assist in resolving the issues. As a property owner, this has added significant hardship and stress to my life. Based on this experience, I will not be using their services again. Overall, I would strongly advise other landlords to exercise extreme caution before entering into agreements with these companies.

All of the team were fantastically supportive, and Tate in particular went the extra mile to make the process as smooth as it could have been under the circumstances. They handled viewings really well and helped us to secure an offer that matched our expectations. They did their very best to expedite the sale, and ensured we were fully informed at all times. I’ve absolutely no hesitation in recommending KFH Forest Hill.

From start to finish, they were professional, approachable, and supportive throughout the entire process. The communication was excellent – I was kept informed at every stage, as this was an executor sale there was a few challenging issues to overcome. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and their attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the sale process. Their local knowledge and advice were invaluable, and they worked hard to achieve a great outcome and get this over the line. I would highly recommend Stanford Estates and a special reach out to Alex, Rob and Kate Marina, to anyone looking to sell their property. I’m currently dealing with a very stressful situation at home, so navigating the rental process could have easily felt overwhelming. However, Jonas has made the experience genuinely refreshing. From the start, he has been approachable, responsive, and supportive. His communication has been excellent, and he’s always taken the time to answer my questions and keep me updated, which has really helped ease some of the stress I’ve been under. After my recent experience with renting, it’s been such a relief to deal with someone who is professional, helpful, and clearly cares about making the process as smooth as possible. What stood out most was the additional support they provided by sharing insights and promoting through social media, which was invaluable during such a difficult market. On a personal note, we are very grateful to have been introduced to Hunters which was an extremely difficult time for us. I used Marsh & Parsons to buy a flat and my main contact was Aicha - she was fantastic, really pleasant to deal with and very understanding of my position as a first time buyer. I felt supported throughout the purchase and was really happy with the standard of service I received. I also want to mention Guy, who was also great and very genuine. Marsh & Parsons made quite a challenging and complicated process feel easier and I am very thankful for that!

Sales progression then drove the sale by keeping up communication with our buyers, smoothing the way which resulted in a sale within 3 months. 23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Very disappointing experience with this agency. Communication from their representative, Josh, was unnecessarily argumentative and lacked professionalism. Reasonable requests regarding suitable viewing times were inaccurately presented as a refusal. As a tenant, I remained cooperative, yet the tone and approach taken made the process stressful and uncomfortable. Professionalism and respectful communication should be standard practice in any property agency. However, he was lack of them. In this case, Josh clearly fell short of these standards. In contrast, my communication with Jena was professional, polite, and respectful. She arranged viewings appropriately and approached matters in a courteous manner, which made cooperation much easier. Professional and respectful communication makes a significant difference, and I hope this agency ensures consistency across its team. Update in response to the agency’s reply: I stand by my review, as it reflects my genuine experience. I have retained screenshots of the communication between Joshua and myself, including responses that I found dismissive and unprofessional, such as the use of a laughing emoji when I mentioned raising a complaint. This understandably gave the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. For clarity, two viewings were successfully conducted at the property with my agreement. This clearly demonstrates that I was cooperative and did not refuse access. As a working tenant, I simply requested reasonable availability within my schedule, which is entirely within my legal rights. Leaving a review on Google is also my right as a consumer when I feel my experience does not reflect the standards described in your response. Should the matter require independent review, I am comfortable referring it to The Property Ombudsman so that an impartial assessment can determine whether the communication met appropriate professional standards. I remain willing to cooperate within reasonable and respectful boundaries. However, I do not wish to continue communication with Joshua and request that future arrangements are handled by another respectful representative.
