Everyone I've spoken to who has dealt with them has had the worst experiences they've ever had renting. Imagine an estate agent actively trying to undermine and overcharge you at every corner while talking down to you and deliberately flouting the meagre renters rights we have in this country. Lottie and Valerija in particular offer some deeply, concerningly poor "customer service".
4th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)We had to find a new rental place in Forest Hill at fairly short notice, and Emma at Hamptons Dulwich was a huge help throughout the process. She was warm, encouraging, and genuinely reassuring at what could have been a pretty stressful time. Communication was quick and clear, and she was always responsive and happy to offer advice along the way. Dealing with the team was easy and straightforward from start to finish. Thanks to Emma, we ended up in the perfect rental place and couldn’t be more grateful. Would happily recommend Hamptons Dulwich to anyone looking to rent in the area.

He was dogged wokring on our behalf, communicative over email and phone, creative in his thinking, calm under pressure, and always a pleasure to deal with. The whole KFH team was great but special shout out to Harry!

We were kept informed of viewings and offers and we were advised on the best way to move forward with the elements of the sale process. When we first met, he promised he would find a buyer for my property — a former council home — and he delivered. I moved to Oaks after my previous agent failed to secure a single viewing in six weeks. Oaks arranged viewings every week. Communication was excellent throughout. They set up a WhatsApp group with me and my partner, which made everything quick, clear, and professional. The team also worked incredibly hard to ensure the sale progressed smoothly right to the end, making sure no communication was missed between the legal teams and that everything stayed on track. I would highly recommend Oaks Tulse Hill.
