9th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I would definitely recommend Thomas if you are looking for a brilliant estate agent. His knowledge, communication and feedback went above and beyond what I had ever expected. He answered any queries which I had very promptly .....he gave me excellent advice from our first point of contact. Thomas and Kellie offered ideas to 'tweek' certain aspects of my property to make it more aesthetically pleasing to the eye.....which obviously helped as he achieved a sale within four weeks!!! Well done to Thomas and his staff at Essex Guild Homes!!!

23rd Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Would highly recommend the team at Abbotts Rochford. They were extremely helpful and supportive, kept in regular contact and chased replies with the conveyancer and buyers. From meeting Annette at the start who impressed me with her ability to walk around the house, notice all the extras and reassure me the price we proposed was suitable. Then Ben, Eve and Irina who did such a great job showing potential buyers around and helped to sell the property and kept me sane during the stressful times of waiting on searches and all the slow things that delay the exchange, to Chris who started towards the end and was also extremely positive and supportive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others wanting a successful house sale. Thank you

She guided us step-by-step, was always available for calls, and kept us updated every single day. We always knew exactly where we stood. She was incredibly reassuring, kept everything running smoothly, and really put us at ease. We couldn’t recommend Bairstow Eves enough, especially with Claire handling our sale.

Having a sold a number of properties before, I was impressed with Dean's care and attention with the sale process and his communications to keep me up to date. Dean was able to handle, and deal with, the inevitable "bumps in the road" when selling a house and gave sensible practical advise and assistance when needed.
7th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Down to earth decent people. I had a strange sale due to unexpected circumstances. Hunt roche were brilliant in dealing with this and made it as stress free as possible. Lee valued my property and has a relaxed no nonsense attitude which, for me, made hunt roche the obvious choice. Ben kept the sale progressing and helped get it over the line with concise communication and understanding of the situation. Thank you!- This agent doesn't have any reviews
22nd May 2021 (4 years ago)If I could of put 0 stars I would of Pointless for this place to be up and running NO ONE and I mean no one ever replies to your emails, they advertise properties yet do not reply when your requesting a viewing Rude ignorant people do not waste your time with them.
22nd Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)Poor surveying of completely straight boundaries by Guy Imray, no understanding of Land Registry plans due to no knowledge of encroachments. Viewed property then cuts off boundary wall completely (neighbours wall encroaches at front only)!

However once we went with them we had an offer within 3 days from the first viewers Felt great about it and then communications seemed to stop and was left in the dark and we had to chase for further info and timeliness etc

Their professionalism really sets them apart, while still being genuinely approachable and easy to deal with. The team has excellent local market knowledge and gave clear, honest advice at every stage, which made the whole process feel smooth and well managed. Communication was consistently strong — we were always kept informed and felt confident that everything was being handled properly. A reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly estate agent that I would highly recommend.
3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very unprofessional after you give them business. They managed our property in Northampton for 4 years. No inspection reports ever provided. Told us the tenant has left and there was no rent for us. Seem like they do not know the legal implications of such action. The personnel who managed our property was very arrogant and has no idea of customer service. Had to prompt them for rent to be disbursed on most of the times.
