19th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Property may have been overvalued and marketing improved as we reduced twice and it hasn’t sold with Billinghams so we’ve moved to a new agent for a fresh look. Agent was good, it just wasn’t working for us.
11th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Property sold in Auction. Within 6 weeks everything was completed. Good service and all very helpfull. Bloore King &Kavanagh were very efficient. I can recommend selling by Auction if you want a quick sale.

I can not thank all the office staff enough highly recommended to anyone they kept me updated every step of the way polite and helpful the service was excellent .....
