They (whole team) took the time to explain all our options and were always available to answer our 'silly' questions. It felt like they genuinely cared about getting us the best deal. Oliver worked with was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, made the paperwork straightforward, and handed over the keys without any hassle. Overall, the service was smooth and efficient, and I felt well supported at every step. I’m very happy with how everything was handled and would definitely recommend Connells Birmingham to others looking for a property. Specially thanks to Oliver

25th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Very poor experience with this estate agent. Three days ago, I managed to get through on the phone, but was told they were busy and that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, that call never came. Since then, I’ve tried contacting them again multiple times over the past two days, but no one answers the phone and there’s still been no callback. It’s extremely frustrating to be left waiting with no communication at all. A simple return call would have made a big difference, but the complete lack of follow-up and responsiveness feels very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend their service based on this experience. 1 out of 10. That 1 is for the Landphone ??- 8th May 2026 (1 day ago)They told whatever totally wrong and misleading and coustmor come to door and told they not answering phone I tried myself to make sure they was truth even after lengthy time decided to remove this astate egent email different departments no one replied then go to office and make sure take a latte to remove our property from sake totally waist the time

She was friendly, welcoming, and informative. Debbie was also very helpful during negotiations and later down the line to help get the purchase to completion.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
24th Jun 2021 (4 years ago)Raman and his team are very quick and efficient and great sub contractors as well in and out they get the job as soon as possible as well never let you down As per my review above, Raman and Jade went above and beyond to fix an issue for me and my family even Raman called and spoke to us on a weekend to update us on what’s happening and how soon it will be resolved, top top people to deal with and all round great service

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!
