Emmie has been incredibly supportive and kept in touch with us throughout the process. I can’t recommend her and Scriven & Co enough!!!

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Arranged to view a property with Ismaeel which was confirmed that day. After leaving work early and travelling for 30 minutes I arrived early and expected to see him in the lobby. I tried to contact him but got no response, I went up to the flat and no one was there. He made no effort to contact me to tell me he'd arrived or where we should meet and either didn't actually show up or just left without trying to find me. The next day he had the cheek to email me to ask if I "was sure I was at the spot?". He was totally unprofessional and lacks any common courtesy. Thanks for wasting my time. And judging by the other reviews, I can't wait to see the AI generated response to these comments or a claim that "my name isn't in their system". Avoid.
10th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)First time I had used an Estate Agent for 34 years. Hunters were recommended and did not disappoint. Their marketing and photographs were excellent, they achieved the price we wanted and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Very pleased indeed and thoroughly recommend Jake and his Team.

They kept me updated the whole time and managed to sort me out with a place to live within a month. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly — big thanks to the team for actually getting things done. They were professional, proactive, and always kept me updated throughout the whole process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble — they were patient, reassuring, and genuinely cared about getting everything over the line smoothly. Moving can be stressful, but Mark and Paul made it feel so much more manageable. Their communication was excellent, their advice was spot on, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. Beyond advising on mortgage options, she provided prompt respond to all our questions and helped us in putting offers on the houses. A positive and supportive experience at every step of the way.
