15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)Extremely disappointed, we had arranged a viewing and a time today, and we reached outside the property had to come quite a distance, and they refused to pick up any calls didn't have any agents available and after waiting 40 mins and being forwarded to voicemail I had no option but to leave. Avoid these property agents they are extremely unprofessional and do not care about other people's time

From the initial valuation he guided me and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process. His proactive communication with the buyers’ and my solicitor’s was excellent. The service I received from Debbie and D’arcy was excellent . They were efficient, attentive and genuinely supportive. I cannot thank Ben, Debbie and D’arcy enough for their amazing support. I wholeheartedly recommend both Ben and Oulsnam, Hagley Road to anyone selling or buying property.

8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)After speaking with five different estate agents, I knew that Ellis at Hunters was the right person to help us sell our house.<br><br>Selling a home that was so precious to us was always going to be an emotional and stressful process, so having someone who was approachable, responsive, trustworthy and genuinely cared about getting the right buyers was incredibly important to us.<br><br>Ellis 100% proved his worth and then some. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to help us through the process. He was always available when we needed him, kept us informed, and reassured us during some particularly stressful moments.<br><br>We genuinely cannot thank Ellis enough for everything he did, along with the rest of the team at Hunters. From start to finish, they were exceptional and made what could have been a very difficult experience so much easier.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ellis and the team at Hunters to anyone looking to sell their home. 21st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agency and would strongly encourage anyone considering renting, buying or selling through them to think carefully.<br>After progressing through the rental application process, our application was withdrawn at the very last minute with little communication or explanation. We were then told that the landlord wanted to increase the rent. Despite agreeing to the higher rent to avoid losing the property, the agency failed to keep us informed of the outcome or provide any meaningful updates.<br>The lack of communication and consideration caused an incredible amount of unnecessary stress. We have two young children and had spent the weekend preparing for our move. We were around 90% packed and ready to leave, only to be left in limbo with no answers.<br>To make matters worse, I submitted a formal complaint about how the situation was handled, but no proper complaints procedure has been followed and no genuine attempt has been made to address or resolve my concerns.<br>I understand that landlords can change their minds and that not every tenancy proceeds as planned. However, the way this agency handled the situation was unprofessional, inconsiderate and lacking in basic communication. A simple update or honest explanation would have made a significant difference.<br>Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency. If you're looking to rent, buy or sell through them, be aware that communication and customer care may fall well below what you would reasonably expect.

The team has been absolutely exceptional and have supported me through some very difficult times with genuine kindness, patience, and care. Over the years, their service has been consistently outstanding, and they have always gone above and beyond to help in any way they can. They are friendly, professional, and incredibly reliable, and I have always felt completely looked after. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nicholas Humphrey to anyone looking to sell their home or rent a property—truly first-class service from a wonderful team.

I mainly deal with Sarah and no words can describe how amazing this lady is. All staff are brilliant and very friendly. I wouldn't go with any other agents anymore.<br>To all the team. He gave a realistic price to market the house at, rather than hyper-inflating it to flatter us and gain our business. I actually chose Oakmans over other agents mostly based on my feeling that he was trustworthy and would do his best to sell our property.
