19th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Please avoid coming to the West Bromwich branch they have an attitude problem they make faces, they do alot of eye-rolling and are really rude and snotty and are sarcastic. They are unprofessional,talk about clients to other dubberley branch at Great Bridge.They dont keep things confidential.They dont keep you updated.Please avoid them!
25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)Emmie-Jai and all of Scriven & Co have been wonderful - 24 hours from seeing the property online, we’ve viewed the property, and put down our holding deposit! Emmie has been incredibly supportive and kept in touch with us throughout the process. I can’t recommend her and Scriven & Co enough!!!

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Arranged to view a property with Ismaeel which was confirmed that day. After leaving work early and travelling for 30 minutes I arrived early and expected to see him in the lobby. I tried to contact him but got no response, I went up to the flat and no one was there. He made no effort to contact me to tell me he'd arrived or where we should meet and either didn't actually show up or just left without trying to find me. The next day he had the cheek to email me to ask if I "was sure I was at the spot?". He was totally unprofessional and lacks any common courtesy. Thanks for wasting my time. And judging by the other reviews, I can't wait to see the AI generated response to these comments or a claim that "my name isn't in their system". Avoid.

2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)We are trying to buy a property and put an offer in over a week ago. We had no contact from the estate agent after sending e-mails, making calls and leave messages. We can see that e-mails were read, but was not replied to. Very very poor!
24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)The team at Oulsnam have been great throughout the buying process. Kat initially took us on some viewings which resulted in us making an offer. She was friendly, welcoming, and informative. Debbie was also very helpful during negotiations and later down the line to help get the purchase to completion.
15th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this letting agency. Throughout my tenancy, they showed a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. I reported a serious leakage issue multiple times, but they failed to respond or take any meaningful action. The overall maintenance was extremely poor, and communication from the agency was slow or non-existent. Issues were ignored rather than resolved, which made living in the property very stressful. After the end of my tenancy, the agency has also been unfairly holding my deposit based on wrong and unproven allegations. This feels unjust and highly unprofessional, especially considering the poor condition of the property and their lack of maintenance during the tenancy. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Tenants deserve timely responses, proper maintenance, and fair treatment — unfortunately, this agency failed on all counts.

I would like to thank Jak who was beyond helpful in the purchase and sale of our homes and especially Fern who probably got fatigued by my perpetual phone-calling. Again from the bottom of mine and my families hearts, thank you.- 2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Dixons were honestly great to deal with. Super professional but also really easygoing, which made the whole process way less stressful. They kept me updated the whole time and managed to sort me out with a place to live within a month. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly — big thanks to the team for actually getting things done. Would definitely recommend.

24th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Moved into a house managed by James Laurence a few years ago. Was told it would be fully refurbished and moved in to discover the house was a bomb site. Live wires hanging from the ceiling, destroyed carpets. Previous tenants used toilet brush just sat in the front room! They never moved an inch to resolve this for us. Upon moving out they tried to charge us for EVERYTHING that was wrong with the place when we moved out of it. Including £84 to tighten a toilet seat. Absolute grifters, stay away.

The agency tried to take the money off my deposit for things like lighting bulb that was fully working or normal wear and tear. The people should stop trying to get the money off the tenants in such a disgusting way. Please be very careful as they lie about everything!!

23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)We have recently used David, Amelia and the wonderful team at Kingsman to sell our home. The process from start to finish has been outstanding. We had multiple agents value our property and David stood out above the rest with a great understanding of not only our property, but the market in general and gave us lots of useful tips on buying too. There were no hidden fees for photographs or identity verification which we really appreciated.<br>We sold in the very first weekend of listing after a bumper day of viewings and the communication throughout was outstanding. We had feedback from each prospective purchaser and the negotiations on our sale were seamless. Once sold the progress was passed to Amelia who has kept us up-to-date on a weekly basis. She liaised with our buyers and the sellers of the property we purchased and both solicitors, and ensured that all communications were top notch. We have now exchanged contracts and are ready for our move. We can't recommend Kingsman Estate Agents enough & I will be telling anyone considering moving to speak to David first. We all know that selling your home can be stressful but the whole process has been anything but, and that's down to Kingsman. So, a huge thank you from The Francis Family.
