Nicole did everything she could to help me over this very difficult time. At every stage the team have been both professional and personable. Over the 3 years I rented my flat, I found myself pleasantly surprised many a time by handling situations with care for myself and my partner as well as their responsibilities in managing the flat on behalf of our late landlord.<br>I feel like it shouldn't be so rare to find such a genuinely excellent all-round agency like this. Regardless, I can promise you this unicorn is real!<br>Many thanks to Charlotte who handled our end of tenancy inspection expertly and with a couple shared laughs.

From the initial valuation he guided me and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process. His proactive communication with the buyers’ and my solicitor’s was excellent. The service I received from Debbie and D’arcy was excellent . They were efficient, attentive and genuinely supportive. I cannot thank Ben, Debbie and D’arcy enough for their amazing support. I wholeheartedly recommend both Ben and Oulsnam, Hagley Road to anyone selling or buying property.

They would book in viewings without even liaising with us which meant bookings got cancelled and prospective buyers annoyed and frustrated. Removed from market with Oakmans due to the amount of viewings we have was very small. Never received feedback after viewings.
