Like all house purchases it had its challenges and Martin dealt with these with total professionalism working as a honest broker between me and his client. 31st May 2025 (11 mo. ago)We used “Which” to find out the best performing local agents, of these we approached Greenwoods first as they have an office within walking distance. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from the start, and Branch Manager, Phil Marsh, took us through every step of the process. From then on, Phil kept us informed and responded to all of our queries. He consistently provided all the assistance we needed to obtain a sale. We would recommend the Wells Road branch without hesitation.

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

23rd Jun 2024 (1 year ago)I was with a different agent for 3 months and made the move, immediately the it was so much better. Hunters gave me a realistic valuation, the pictures and advertising for my property were so much better making the place look great and I had more viewings in the first week compared to the 3 months with the other agent. It only took 7 weeks to find a buyer. They are prompt with communication and have done a great job working with me to sell my property.

They’ve kept us in the loop every step of the way, kept things moving and have provided feedback within an hour of every viewing. They’re a really friendly and approachable team and they’ve been really easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them.
