She behaved all through my contact with her in with a first class professionalism in communicating and delaing with me. The result was a best and final offers process, achieving significantly over the asking price, from a buyer, in an excellent position. The team were absolutely fantastic in managing the process thereafter to exchange and completion. Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.... Read more
