The professional photography showcased the property beautifully, and the communication, support, and positive attitude from everyone involved were exceptional throughout.<br><br>The team was always friendly, attentive, and kept me informed every step of the way, making the whole experience a pleasure. A special thank you to Tommy, Harry, Bethan, and Stephanie, as well as the rest of the team, for their hard work and support.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Harris & Birt to anyone looking to sell their home and would happily use their services again in the future.
4th Jul 2026 (1 day ago)We were never asked what we were looking for so they could suggest properties they had, we never had any feedback given from viewings we had, despite asking for it, when there was a few weeks of no viewings we had no communication at all, no keeping in touch messages or calls, then when we asked them to remove our house from their system they didn't answer, then after chasing eventually gave us a date, then that date passed and we had to chase for the removal again. Unfortunately, I feel that the bigger the company the less they care about customer service as they get paid either way, whether or not they sell the house (at least that's how it felt to us) really disappointed as first impressions were excellent, just a shame this wasn't kept up.

I phoned and emailed so many times for updates and every time Jacqueline Morgan helped me and was always so kind to me so thank you :) Plus Hollie Jones helped us secure our sale and made the whole process so easy. Me and my partner just want to say thank you to these two lovely women and the whole team at Darlows in Pontypridd.

15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)The sale was made in very difficult circumstances due to the state of the economy. Obviously it took longer than we hoped but eventually we got the sale over the line. Full marks to Tom Edmunds for staying with us all the way. He was always very professional and his hard work made it happen. Top man.
25th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)This agent did not provide any terms and conditions. Their photographs of my property were appalling and they totally ignored all of my concerns about their shameful service. They did not put an offer to me that they received on my property and told me what solicitor they wished to use for the conveyancing prior to any consultation with me. They have an appalling sales record compared to other local agents who sell properties far quicker than this incompetent agent who completely ignored my concerns AND instructions throughout. I can not put into words how shameful this agent was in dealing with the sale of my house. Concerns and instructions ignored and not acted upon this disgracefully incompetent agent took over 15 months to sell a very desirable property on a much sought after estate. Please refer to GETAGENT to see the shamefully disgusting time these ametures take to sell properties compared to other local agents. DISGRACEFUL service from an incompetent and out of touch, arrogant estate agent.

Having dealt with a few agents while looking for property he has been nothing short of fantastic! His levels of communication are exceptional and has an approach which is totally client focussed, prioritising your best intentions and requirements.

She guided us throughout and was always there to answer queries or concerns, getting back to us quickly with support and next steps. Although she was helping us sell we could rely on her for help on our purchase too as we did find ourselves with some issues delaying the upward chain. The whole process was long and at times we thought is it even going to happen, but Brunee was always there when we needed her even after our sale was moving forward well!! Brunee was always professional, organised and showed potential buyers around with confidence.. always knowing the answers to their queries without even having to ask us, That showed her interest and knowledge of our property! Will always highly recommend Brunee to anyone looking to sell! We had a total 5 star experience making the process of us finding our dream forever home much much easier!! Thank you Brunee!

Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.

3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)You don't sell a property very often and choosing an agent can seem like a bit of a lottery. We decided to entrust Peter Alan and we are so glad that we did. From the first call-back to the final 'your sale is complete' call, everyone at the Bridgend office were professional, friendly, considerate and focused on getting our property sold. The sale incurred a lot of other stresses but every interaction with Peter Alan was as low-stress and positive as they could be. Just an amazing team. Give them a call. Diolch or galon.
