19th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)I have been a client of lettings2sales for 20 years so can speak from experience here , originally met Mike and put a property on for rental which was fantastic and then did the same with a couple more . Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .
4th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)We were never asked what we were looking for so they could suggest properties they had, we never had any feedback given from viewings we had, despite asking for it, when there was a few weeks of no viewings we had no communication at all, no keeping in touch messages or calls, then when we asked them to remove our house from their system they didn't answer, then after chasing eventually gave us a date, then that date passed and we had to chase for the removal again. Unfortunately, I feel that the bigger the company the less they care about customer service as they get paid either way, whether or not they sell the house (at least that's how it felt to us) really disappointed as first impressions were excellent, just a shame this wasn't kept up.

Both Jodie and Sandra have been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Having met Jodie on numerous occasions while viewing a range of properties, I have always found her to be friendly, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Her wealth of experience and local knowledge has been invaluable, and she has always been happy to answer any questions and offer honest advice. I am extremely pleased with all the support they have given me whilst searching for a home to rent and feel confident that anyone using Daniel Matthew's services will receive the same high standard of care and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
10th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Have sold an inherited property and rented with Ferriers. They work with heart and integrity and have made both experiences with them easy. The integrity of an estate agent really does matter and these guys are miles ahead of competitors. They are supportive and have made stressful times more bearable. Should I find myself looking for a property in the future then Ferriers will 100% be my first port of call. Thank you to you all at Ferriers ….this is exactly how an estate agents should operate xx

25th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)This agent did not provide any terms and conditions. Their photographs of my property were appalling and they totally ignored all of my concerns about their shameful service. They did not put an offer to me that they received on my property and told me what solicitor they wished to use for the conveyancing prior to any consultation with me. They have an appalling sales record compared to other local agents who sell properties far quicker than this incompetent agent who completely ignored my concerns AND instructions throughout. I can not put into words how shameful this agent was in dealing with the sale of my house. Concerns and instructions ignored and not acted upon this disgracefully incompetent agent took over 15 months to sell a very desirable property on a much sought after estate. Please refer to GETAGENT to see the shamefully disgusting time these ametures take to sell properties compared to other local agents. DISGRACEFUL service from an incompetent and out of touch, arrogant estate agent.

20th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Literally as the house went live, we had a call within 5 minutes to say a viewing had been booked. It has been on the market less than 4 days and we had an offer SSTC, and accepted. Very quick thank you
23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)TLDR: Sold property during tenancy, told I'd be unaffected before being told I had 2 days to move out, demanding double rent payment, refusal to refund deposit & rent overpayment on a property they no longer own. Happy to take action when a rent layment is 2 days 'late' (even if the payment isn't a valid one) but outright reject liability categorically when it comes to refunding tenants. Thieves and con-artists. Moved in end of March 2021, landlord sold the property during my tenancy and I was told it'd make no difference to me (sold with tennant) 2 days before the sale was final I am visited by the new landlord to clarify that I'd be moving out October 15th (this was on October 13th) as Peter Alan informed him I was leaving. No conversation had been had with me. Was made to sign a new contract, find a new deposit and rent half way through the month and was told my previous deposit and rent overpayment will be refunded. Instead, Peter Alan attempted to charge me rent on the 1st of November (on a property they no longer managed and insisted I was moving out), then issued me with late payment warnings and potential action. Since then I have been fighting to get my refund back. I have had my deposit (as its held seperately) but I am still fighting to get my refund back. Peter Alan insist they are not liable to repay my refund even though my statements show that my payments were sent to Peter Alan. I've had nothing but excuses, deceit and unproffesionalism from Peter Alan, particularly Kim Wilkes whom seems to spend the vast majority of her time either never in the office and therefore never working, or just blatantly ignoring emails from me on the matter. Legal actions have already begun though given how this will now take time, I'd rather for-warn potential tenants ahead of time! Given the choice between going with Peter Alan again or being homeless, I'll be finding myself a nice box

8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)?? 1 star<br><br>Unfortunately, my experience with Nexa South Wales has been extremely frustrating.<br><br>I have been living in my current property since February and have experienced ongoing maintenance issues almost from the beginning. There have been repeated leaks from the bathroom into the kitchen, including an incident where water flooded into the kitchen and affected the electrics. Multiple contractors have attended, with various parts replaced and repairs attempted, but I have repeatedly had to chase for issues to actually be resolved.<br><br>I have also been left waiting for months for damage caused by the leaks to be properly made good, including staining and repainting the kitchen ceiling.<br><br>More recently, the boiler has been leaking for months. Two leaks were identified, one was repaired, but I have still been waiting for the other to be resolved. This morning, the boiler started leaking heavily again at around 6am, leaving me with no choice but to turn off the internal stopcock. As a result, I currently have no water, hot water or heating in the property.<br><br>What is particularly disappointing is the lack of urgency and communication. An inspection was also carried out around a month ago, with several issues identified and uploaded to my online account. Despite this, I have received no follow-up and nobody has attended to address those issues.<br><br>I have repeatedly reported problems and tried to be patient, but I feel that I am constantly having to chase the letting agent, landlord and builder to get basic maintenance and safety issues dealt with.<br><br>I appreciate that repairs can sometimes take time, but there is a significant difference between a repair taking time and repeatedly having to chase unresolved problems for months, particularly when they involve water leaks, electrical concerns and loss of essential services.<br><br>The whole situation has caused me a huge amount of unnecessary stress and has significantly affected my experience of living in the property. I would simply expect maintenance issues to be taken seriously, communicated properly and dealt with within a reasonable timeframe.<br><br>I am extremely disappointed with my experience so far and would not currently recommend Nexa South Wales based on the way my tenancy and ongoing maintenance issues have been handled.

Throughout the whole process, Gareth has been nothing but open, honest, supportive and professional. We’ve had a bit of an up-and-down journey with property sales, through no fault of anyone’s, but Gareth has been there every step of the way, offering reassurance, advice and support whenever we’ve needed it. The sale of our other property went through smoothly, and Gareth was absolutely amazing throughout. His communication has been second to none. He’s always kept us updated, been completely transparent and, if there was ever something he didn’t know, he made sure he found out and came back to us. What really sets Gareth apart is that he genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. You’re not just another sale to him. He’s gone above and beyond for us, and what started as a professional relationship has turned into a genuine friendship. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he’s done for us, particularly through some of the more challenging moments. An absolutely brilliant estate agent and an even better person. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you for everything, Gareth! ??
