Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

This may have been due to us but we felt later on that they did not qualify the potential buyers very well and we also had to chase them at times.- 20th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Very friendly and knowledgeable, giving excellent advice. Quick with information and feedback from viewings, updates on how the offers stood against each other. Everything was explained before we agreed to use their service. They worked hard and are well worth every penny.

21st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I couldn’t fault either of the agents that have helped me, Danni was amazing from the get go, at the viewing she made me feel at ease instantly, she listened to my needs and has helped me every step of the way, I couldn’t fault her and I feel it wouldn’t of gone so smoothly if it wasn’t for her, when Danni was unavailable Jess help me who in turn was amazing too, I really appreciate everything that has been done for me and my daughter, I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a property to speak to Danni, thank you guys you have been fantastic.

There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!
