6th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)I have been extremely happy with the excellent service from Tom Brooks at Stephensons Estate Agents . From our first meeting I found Tom to be very professional and incredibly knowledgeable . We instructed Tom to help sell our late parents bungalow . This property had its challenges , however Tom did much research and found solutions along the way . He kept us fully informed at all times and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed . Tom was always available to speak to at any time of the day which I found very reassuring. I would highly recommend using Tom at Stephensons to sell your property.

Vicky was my main point of contact and helped me through the viewings and the sale process, with regular updates and feedback and made the whole thing so simple. Thank you for everything. Knowing you can leave everything in their hands and rely on them really does take the stress out of it all. They always go the extra mile, and treat you like you are genuinely important to them, not just another customer on their books. They work tirelessly to make sure everything is taken care of. A big thank you to the team, especially Charlotte.

8th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)We had a mixed experience with Preston Baker. We chose them for their reviews online and at first contact with the Doncaster office they were quick to reply and tried moving our sale along promptly. Then our agent suddenly stopped communicating and when we tried contacting them we found out she had left but no one informed us. This happened a couple of times. Our house was eventually assigned to Terry Burrows (Leeds office) and she was good to us. She took care of our sale for almost a year until the end, even after two potential buyers dropped off and issues with the house made our sale more complicated. Sadly by then the market had changed and we weren’t able to sell for the value we had hoped for. Not sure if I would recommend the Doncaster office. I would recommend Terry for sure. (Terry, if you are reading this thank you for persevering with us and for helping us get a decent price in a difficult selling process)

We used Harley, the mortgage advisor based at the branch and he has been amazing, super helpful, friendly and chatty- always on hand to support with our many queries. Would definitely recommend, Hayley was also super helpful in branch.

Communication and guidance to ensure a quick smooth sale was excellent. All literature and advertising my property was professional, and very informative when showing prospective buyers around our property. Would highly recommended to anyone looking to put their property on the market.

Most importantly, they helped me deal with all the communication with the solicitor, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I would definitely choose them again as my estate agent in the future.

Buying through shared ownership on my own felt almost impossible at times, and as a single buyer it was that bit harder and more competitive. Incredibly, he picked my name out of a hat on a whim and that one decision completely changed my life. From there, he went above and beyond. He kept everything moving, communicated constantly, and supported me through every step. I truly believe that without James’ dedication and persistence, I’d still be renting now. When he handed me the keys, his genuine care really showed and that’s what makes him such an exceptional estate agent. Thank you for changing my life for the better. Forever grateful ????
10th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I had a fantastic experience dealing with Jigsaw Estate Agents. The whole team were professional, responsive and genuinely pleasant to deal with throughout. Communication was always clear and efficient, and any queries I had were handled quickly and professionally. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that are both organised and approachable, and who clearly care about providing a high standard of service. Everyone at Jigsaw has always been helpful and easy to work with, which made the whole experience very smooth. Myah especially was a pleasure to deal with but the whole team are amazing. A big thank you to the entire team, I would highly recommend Jigsaw Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable and professional agency!
