5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Georgia at BRH has been nothing short of excellent! Georgia was very friendly during our viewing of the property and answered all of our questions, even answered some before we had chance to ask, this just shows how intuitive Georgia is. Since the viewing which was Monday, two days later we had a tenancy agreement to sign and everything ready paperwork-wise for a move on the following Friday! Any questions we have had Georgia has promptly responded within the hour and in the one case she hadn't, she rang to apologise even though it was only a few hours later! Overall the experience during this whole process has been perfect and could not wish for a better person to handle it all for us!
5th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)From first meeting Michael from Fisher German at valuation stage and then Joshua at negotiation stage supported by Toby we were so impressed with their skills and communication which concluded with a successful and speedy outcome. No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.

8th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)We had a mixed experience with Preston Baker. We chose them for their reviews online and at first contact with the Doncaster office they were quick to reply and tried moving our sale along promptly. Then our agent suddenly stopped communicating and when we tried contacting them we found out she had left but no one informed us. This happened a couple of times. Our house was eventually assigned to Terry Burrows (Leeds office) and she was good to us. She took care of our sale for almost a year until the end, even after two potential buyers dropped off and issues with the house made our sale more complicated. Sadly by then the market had changed and we weren’t able to sell for the value we had hoped for. Not sure if I would recommend the Doncaster office. I would recommend Terry for sure. (Terry, if you are reading this thank you for persevering with us and for helping us get a decent price in a difficult selling process)
24th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)Dropped price twice, seemed to be marketing our property, came to ‘do fresh snaps/videos, but when we decided to leave we weren’t told there was a ‘cost’ for doing this! £500 lighter now but got rid of them.- 27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)I recently just letted out my property and it was the smoothest experience because I was given all the information I required from day one and all my questions were answered appropriately.
2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I can't recommend your move highly enough, especially Emma, who has been has been professional, respectful, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Emma made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and even after I had moved in, she went above and beyond to assist me with an additional matter. That level of care and support truly made a difference. Your Move has definitely been the best… spot on from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Outstanding service all round! Thanks again.

Most importantly, they helped me deal with all the communication with the solicitor, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I would definitely choose them again as my estate agent in the future.

9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)A speedy and professional job by Rod, Aaron and all the staff I dealt with Alexander Jacob. I'll try to keep this short; I had a small property for sale in Retford which had been rented for a while with another estate agent in town and I asked what they thought I could get on a sale and after an extensive discussion they suggested it be marketed at £80k and wouldn't budge on it. I was never going to accept this and a third party(thank you Shane!) suggested I speak with Rod, he told me £100k would be easily achievable and indicated a little work be done, which came to less than £1k and was arranged by AJ, and I sold for £110k. I'm not suggesting that this will be everyone's experience but Alexander Jacob clearly have a far, far better grip on how the local market is trending than some other estate agents in town.
