7th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I have for many years used BMH as the letting agent for two small properties I own in Grimsby, one since 2012 and one since 2013. The service BMH has provided has been outstanding at all times. Any issues that crop up are dealt with quickly and BMH is also very efficient on the admin side - which really eases the burden as the rental landscape becomes increasingly complex for landlords. Strongly recommended!

28th Jun 2023 (2 years ago)Multiple emails by both myself and the building owner to different agents and website communication points, for well over a month with no reply. Laughable lack of communication. I can't even say that they are refusing to return the deposit, or made up an excuse to avoid doing it, as they have dropped all communications entirely.

Ensured only good quality viewers with high potential to proceed were shown round. Professional photography included as part of the package. There was no paying for add ons - what you see is what you get. House selling process is stressful as it is and Relo were always on hand to have a conversation, giving viewer feedback etc.
