We have always found Claire and Lindsey in BMH Lettings to be excellent managers of our property, dealing with reported issues as at an early stage, to ensure that things didn't escalate, and always keeping us up to date with issue resolution.<br>In addition, they always were able to come up with recommended trades required to deal with any problems, as and when - and at a good price.<br>As a consequence, we would be happy to recommend them to any landlord looking at letting out their property in the area. They would be the first Letting agency we would go to should we ever need to rent out another property in the area.

8th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)We found the team at DDM Grimsby to be responsive, professional and knowledgeable. It didn’t matter which member of the team we called, they all seemed to have an understanding of what we needed, could answer our questions and give us lots of advice and reassurance throughout our sale, as well as supporting us with our forward purchase. It never felt pushy, more a group of people who had our best interests at heart and that really helped when we went through some of the inevitable ups and downs of a house sale. We’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else thinking of selling up in North East Lincolnshire. We worked more closely with Doug and Lexi and they were very supportive but honestly, the rest of the team were great too, from the photos, video, taking our calls, answering our emails and even the times when I popped into the office, nothing was ever too much trouble.

However, the level of communication regarding viewing of our property was poor, on four occasions buyers turned up with your agent without any prior warning to ourselves of the proposed visit! a very embarrassing situation for all concerned. Overall we were satisfied with their service

Their communication has been exceptional throughout, always keeping us informed and making the whole process feel smooth, easy, and far less stressful than we expected. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their friendly approach made a real difference. We are so grateful for all their help and would highly recommend Joy Walker Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable and caring estate agent.

8th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)Would highly recommend Lovelle, Humberston. Everyone we met were friendly and supportive. Photographer Lovelle uses is excellent and also gave us good advice. From start to finish Lovelle staff have been professional and made the whole process straightforward and everything went smoothly. The house sale completion date occurred 7 weeks after the day an offer was made!

23rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We were due to move into a property managed through Genie Homes on 22 May 2026. The tenancy agreement had been signed and completed, and we had arranged our family move around that date. On the morning we were meant to move in, we were told by text message that the landlord had changed her mind and that we could no longer move into the property. This left us in an extremely difficult position as a family. Our home was packed, we had already made arrangements connected to the move, including our son’s school transport, and we were left trying to work out where we were going to live at very short notice. Our son has Down syndrome and significant additional needs, so the sudden uncertainty and disruption caused a huge amount of stress for us. Although some staff members tried to help afterwards, the overall handling of the situation felt very unprofessional and lacked proper accountability. We had to keep chasing for updates, requested calls from senior management that did not happen, and were left in limbo when we needed clear communication and practical support. Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this company.

3rd May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Phoned up on a Wednesday afternoon to view a property in Newcastle and was told that the only available slot was noon on the Friday. My husband and I rearranged another appointment, took the day off work and travelled the 1.5 hour journey to Newcastle (we explained at time of booking we weren’t local). 15 mins before scheduled time we got a phone call from the agent to say they hadn’t had a confirmation from the vendor but they were usually in. But guess what - agent turned up and couldn’t get access as there was no one there. Didn’t really apologise - just explained that they thought they had an offer but it fell through so they didn’t confirm our viewing. Totally unprofessional.

28th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Multiple emails by both myself and the building owner to different agents and website communication points, for well over a month with no reply. Laughable lack of communication. I can't even say that they are refusing to return the deposit, or made up an excuse to avoid doing it, as they have dropped all communications entirely.

30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Property sold after 3 days of listing and completion took place around 1 month later. Can't complain - Divan & Jack were amazing and kept me reassured the whole time. I'll be bringing Let Property another one of my on the next tax year. Highly recomended.

Ensured only good quality viewers with high potential to proceed were shown round. Professional photography included as part of the package. There was no paying for add ons - what you see is what you get. House selling process is stressful as it is and Relo were always on hand to have a conversation, giving viewer feedback etc.
