I moved into my flat in June and had a great experience with the sales agent, Kevin. I wasn't made aware at the time of move in though that the landlord doesn't actually use Chase Evans for repairs. I flagged that my shower head holder was broken and a safety hazard during my inspection on June 1st. It is now September 16th and I still have not been able to get someone to come repair it and the shower head has hit me on the head, leaving a bruise multiple times. The property manager, Andrew Karayiannis, and his manager Bethany are claiming they're doing all they can do but they rarely return my calls or follow through on what they say they're going to do and they're unable to get an appointment set. I have tried going through the landlord's person directly but he is unresponsive as well. This is by far the worst property management experience I've had in the UK and in the US. At the very least, make sure you understand if Chase Evans actually manages the property or just avoid altogether.... Read more

We came across Elite International Real Estate completely by accident, but it turned out to be the best mistake we could have made. At first, we were not expecting much, but from the moment we spoke with them, they were professional, knowledgeable and very clear in their advice. I had seen similar listings to mine on Rightmove that had been sitting on the market for over seven months, so to receive the offer we did, over the asking price, was honestly mind-blowing. The property was sold off-market, which made the result even more impressive. Elite clearly had access to the right buyers and knew how to position the property properly. Everything was handled quickly, discreetly and professionally from start to finish. We also realised that Elite has agents located across London and beyond, which gave us the benefit of wider exposure rather than being limited to one local office. I am glad to say the debate of local estate agency versus hybrid agency was won by Elite. My wife said, “pleasant outcomes can come from mistakes,” and in this case she was absolutely right.
