She took time to find us the perfect place, was patient with all the viewings we wanted and ultimately, through chatting to us, found exactly the right place. 28th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Rent money sent to them on time and they still send threatening letters saying respond within 24hrs. We have asked for more information as they must have their records wrong. They fail to respond for days comes across as aggressive hipocracy.

She’s been consistently professional, proactive and genuinely helpful throughout. Her communication was clear and timely, and she handled everything smoothly. I really appreciate how she managed to navigate the renewal so effectively, securing a great outcome without any friction. It made the whole process feel easy and well taken care of, which I don’t take for granted. Thank you again, Nessa – you're a real credit to the team.

In particular, our main contact De’Andre was incredibly conscientious and thoughtful. He was proactive in keeping us updated and always very quick to follow up on any questions or issues that arose. We really appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness, and warmth, which made the experience far less daunting as first?time buyers. Couldn’t fault anything in the house it’s just too far to travel to work . 6th May 2026 (2 days ago)Although I am not a direct customer of this company, I have been significantly affected by their management of a neighbouring property. For over 13 years, ongoing issues have resulted in water damage to my home, with little evidence of proactive maintenance or accountability. In my experience, responses have been reactive rather than preventative, and concerns are often dismissed or redirected—frequently with the suggestion to pursue matters through personal insurance instead of addressing the root cause. There have also been instances where work was quoted for issues that did not appear to exist, raising concerns about transparency. Overall, the lack of responsibility and long-term resolution has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!- 2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Avoid this branch. I booked a lettings valuation and received multiple emails confirming the date and time, but no one showed up. When I tried to call, I was dismissed rather than helped. I will be taking my business elsewhereand I would recommend others do the same

Ozzie, Omar and Zain have been extremely helpful, responsive, and professional from the outset—securing a suitable tenant just two days after listing and handling the entire process efficiently and with care. Property management is only just beginning, so I can’t yet give a full assessment on that side, but I have high confidence in the team and look forward to continuing the collaboration.

He was incredibly well-prepared and guided us through the viewing in a way that felt relaxed and unhurried. What really stood out was how easy he was to talk to. He has a naturally warm and personable manner that made the whole experience feel far more attentive than property viewings can sometimes be. He answered every question we had and never made us feel rushed or pressured. For someone early in their career, he carries himself with a professionalism and enthusiasm that you don't always see. We'd have no hesitation in recommending him and look forward to working with him to find our home!
