What was particularly pleasant was both Joshua and Jordan’s customer services, professionalism and helpfulness. From arranging viewings, mortgage adviser, solicitors, responding to queries and facilitating viewings the entire process has been to a high standard. 14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)7 months into our property search we had one certainty, that we were not going to use Foxton, this was due to the several poor interactions we had with their agents.<br>This was until we met Anais McCarthy.<br>From the first interaction she came across as professional, knowledgeable and actually interested in helping us finding the right place.<br>When thanks to her we finally found the right place and all throughout the very long process to complete the purchase, she was always available keeping us updated, precise and accurate in the communication and most important very warm and caring.<br>She is an amazing professional and a true asset to Foxtons.

The few maintenance needs once we were moved in were handled very efficiently by the property management team. Harry is our contact and has been super - highly recommend using Paramount over the likes of Foxtons and Marsh.

However Duncan has been a great help over the last two weeks. From the communication, always responding and keeping us updated on the property, to the efficiency on which he got us a viewing, sent the contracts to sign and handled all the logistics.<br><br>Would definitely contact both Duncan Hastings Estate if I ever need to move again, and I would highly recommend others to do the same

Shannon listened to what we were looking for and showed us two amazing apartments, one of which was perfect and is now our home.<br><br>Once the offer was accepted I thought that would be it, but Shannon stayed in touch throughout, checking all was on track, chasing up answers and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>I'd highly recommend Shannon if you're looking for a home or investment property. I worked with Ellesse from Johns and Co. who has been lovely to work with. She was extremely proactive with keeping us informed on any properties incoming, offers put on the house, was open to help us negotiating the rent as well.<br>Ultimately we decided to go another way as we found a more preferred house but I definitely prior recommend working with Ellesse!!

I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.

As a student from India, I wasn't familiar with the UK renting process, but Leon was incredibly patient, responsive, and always happy to help. He explained every step clearly, answered all my questions promptly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I always felt supported throughout the process, and I truly appreciate how approachable and professional he was.

14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Gary was a nice guy. The apartment is beautifully presented and should draw interest. The photos had to be done twice due to quality and major plan errors- they knocked 25% off the sq footage! The whole thing felt like there was no selling strategy. Place on the portals and wait for interest, which doesn’t work in this tough market. It was myself that pushed for a price decrease, which brought in 1 viewing in 8 weeks. I was told that the market was stilted and the heatwave meant people were not buying. I believe it was priced wrongly, there was no selling or dynamic marketing strategy. When I initially advised I wanted to leave after 5 weeks, the colleague, Yusuf basically talked over me for 30 mins and finally agreed to reduce the property price. I had been pushing to reduce it from 2 weeks! There was no sense that I was a client. My partner listened in on that call and was surprised at the attitude of Yusuf- not one apology for wrong price or zero communication! I kept pushing for updates but they never really called - it’s because they were not strategically selling it I suspect and were afraid to tell me. It seems to evidence their lack of dynamism. The whole process was a waste of my time unfortunately. I have now gone on with another agent and it already feels more professional. What I don’t understand is- they came up as the top agent on this site, which does not add up- that is not my experience at all.
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
