1st Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.

It wasn’t a straight forward house to sell for various reasons but within a few months they found me the perfect buyer and got everything moving. Kevin and Natalie were always on hand to ask for advice, and give me useful feedback from viewings etc. I was impressed by the level of detail they knew about the place, really making it feel quite personal.<br><br>Louise in sales progression was fantastic, especially as I was probably not the easiest person to deal with at times but I really felt like she had a good grip on everything and I could trust her.<br><br>I am immensely grateful to the whole team at Stags and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.

They provided a quality service from start to finish and were extremely efficient throughout the whole process.<br><br>Communication was excellent, and we were always kept fully updated on progress at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, and Zoe was professional, helpful and approachable throughout.<br><br>Overall, we were extremely pleased with the service we received and would have no hesitation in recommending Red Deer Country to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.
